  • Works great

Based on older reviews, I surmise that this app used to leave something to be desired.

However, I think it works great now once you're logged in. The routing works well and it has all the details you need. Buying the tickets is easy, and you can buy them for multiple people.

The only improvement I could think of would be to integrate Apple Pay, but I can understand not doing that since I don’t think it’s very popular in Belgium

  • Can’t log in?

Every time I try to log in to purchase a ticket, I get a message that a “technical error has occurred.” What’s the point of this app?
  • Check the date

I am having the same problem as a previous review, where the date on the ticket in my basket is different from the date of the ticket I selected on the previous screen.

    Developer Response

Hello Really, good news! The issue you mentioned regarding the wrong date in the basket has been fixed in the last version of the app (v.6.2). Thanks for your patience.^Y
  • Great!

Good and easy way to navigate Belgium on the train.
  • Date changed randomly when entering checkout page

This is the most confusing app I’ve ever use.
It was my time using this app and I’m already deleting it now.

Firstly the filter was cleared after I created an account, which it asked me to do when I wanna checkout, causing me purchasing a wrong ticket (and then they don’t allow refund or changes on app🙄)

Secondly, I tried to buy a new ticket, and I noticed that they just the date I selected for no reason once I entered the checkout page, and when I go back and tried to edit the date, it showed the correct one on previous step. This is such a scam. I’m not using this app ever again!!!

  • Works great and love the little snowflakes

I just noticed the little snowflakes that brighten up the app icon - I love it! Whoever thought of this, kudos to you - it made me smile and feel more festive :) Also the app works great imo. I use it to book tickets on the fly which is so neat because it saves me time and anguish by not having to find and walk to a ticket booth. I also use it to see if my train is delayed, which it usually is but that’s not the app's fault.

Hello Treinreiziger101, thank you for your comment. We'll share your comment about the little snowflakes with our designer. I am sure he will be happy to read it. Have a nice day.^Y
  • Much better now

I’ve read some of the one-star reviews of this app and sympathize with the frustrations of these users. They make some very valid and helpful observations. However, I think the developers really took the feedback to heart and worked hard to fix these gaps. I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and had a very smooth experience with good UX. I entered my AMEX card information once, then it was a single click to purchase tickets for any subsequent trips. The “favorites” function is helpful as I can tentatively choose options for going to the airport, then purchase once I commit to a specific schedule.

One feature that would be additionally helpful would be to build an option to download the e-ticket to Apple Wallet.

  • Broken app

The app stops working when you try to create an account. Useless.
  • Lacks important details.

The app lacks important details. Say you want to go from Brussels to Bruges. The app tells you to get on a train at quay 6 at a certain time. The train will be labeled something else, like Ostende but the app won’t tell you that, nor will the app list all the stops the train makes so you can understand if you are on the right train or not. By comparison, a popular metro map app for Paris tells you get on a train at. A certain station and time IN THE DIRECTION of “xyz” and most often lists the number of stops before your destination. We used this app for 2 days I Belgium and ended up in the wrong train about 50% of the time.

In addition, you can not access the raw time tables, nor can you see which trains left a station at any time from a given station. You can’t even look up the train you may be on if it has left the station.

Best get as many time tables as you can and figure it out manually yourself.

Hello Djh0000002, sorry you didn't really enjoy travelling with our app and thank you for such detailed constructive feedback. You've actually pointed out some important improvements that are planned in future versions. Regarding direction, it is actually indicated as such on Journey iInfo screen (screen you see when you select an itinerary) : *number of train* TO *direction* (eg : IC 1536 to Ostende). Intermediate stops are also available but they are hidden by default behind label "journey info", which is not clear enough. We will make changes. Thanks again for feedback ! ^Y
  • Bug tickets OffPeak
