Not intuitive

Adding a credit card was quite frustrating as it kept going around in circles. I need to update the hierarchy and algorithm of adding a credit card. I did discuss this with the personnel.

Lors de l’achat d’un ticket via l’application, lors du processus de paiement par carte lorsqu’on switch d’application pour valider le paiement, l’application retourne sur la page principale de paiement et interrompt le paiement en cours.

Works great

Based on older reviews, I surmise that this app used to leave something to be desired.

However, I think it works great now once you're logged in. The routing works well and it has all the details you need. Buying the tickets is easy, and you can buy them for multiple people.

The only improvement I could think of would be to integrate Apple Pay, but I can understand not doing that since I don’t think it’s very popular in Belgium

Can’t log in?

Every time I try to log in to purchase a ticket, I get a message that a “technical error has occurred.” What’s the point of this app?

Check the date

I am having the same problem as a previous review, where the date on the ticket in my basket is different from the date of the ticket I selected on the previous screen.

Good and easy way to navigate Belgium on the train.

Date changed randomly when entering checkout page

This is the most confusing app I’ve ever use.
It was my time using this app and I’m already deleting it now.

Firstly the filter was cleared after I created an account, which it asked me to do when I wanna checkout, causing me purchasing a wrong ticket (and then they don’t allow refund or changes on app🙄)

Secondly, I tried to buy a new ticket, and I noticed that they just the date I selected for no reason once I entered the checkout page, and when I go back and tried to edit the date, it showed the correct one on previous step. This is such a scam. I’m not using this app ever again!!!

Works great and love the little snowflakes

I just noticed the little snowflakes that brighten up the app icon - I love it! Whoever thought of this, kudos to you - it made me smile and feel more festive :) Also the app works great imo. I use it to book tickets on the fly which is so neat because it saves me time and anguish by not having to find and walk to a ticket booth. I also use it to see if my train is delayed, which it usually is but that’s not the app's fault.
