  • Must-have tool for seeing Belgium

    This app was great for touring around the country. The only downside is that it directs you to the sncb web site to log in instead of doing it through the app. But once that’s done, you’re all set.

    Purchased the 10-ride multi pass which was super easy to use and probably saved us 100 euros.
  • Great application.

    It is by far one of the easiest mobilisation apps I have ever used.
    I travel a lot and have used different apps internationally.
    This Belgian one seems to work super smooth and offers a great user experience.
    It’s easy to use, fast and correct.
    When you have bought a multi pass, and afterwards you try and buy another train ticket. It will remind you that you can use the multi pass.

  • Terrible Upgrade

    This app was upgraded in 2022 and that was a horrible upgrade. It is now frequently unavailable, data analytics are questionable, you can't buy a ticket through it and the UI is awkward at best. Sometimes change is not good--in this case it was terrible.
  • Unreliable

    The app is providing false train departure information! Such a shame.
  • Can’t see which stations a train stops at

    So you the app allows you to list the platforms and destinations of a given train, but no option to see which stations it stops at. For example does the train going to Leuven, from Antwerp, stop at Brussels? Unless you are a local you wouldn’t know.
  • Bug & crash

    Impossible to mix SNCB trips with MIVB ones without freeze or crash of the app.
  • 15m I’ll never get back

    Waste of time. Create an account, then it won’t let you log in due to a “technical error”. Therefore you can’t buy tickets. I believe the “technical error” is occurring between the ears of the developer….
  • Poor interface and outrageous that I must have account

    I can buy my tickets in web browser without an account yet this app forces me to setup an account with my data when I don’t want to. Please reconsider your policy since I weather protect my data than use the app and it’s a shame you force me to make this choice.

    Many of the search fields don’t work and app crashes. Perhaps it’s a language thing.

    Frequent tickets like buying a ticket to Brussels Airport is needlessly complicated.

  • No customer support

    A ticket was bought on the account however it wasn’t my purchase (as I am 400km away from the train station I doubt I’d have much need for the ticket) when called up line was cut and there are no clear ways on the site feet get help about revoking the ticket or disabling the account.
  • Just go to the machine at station

    App won’t allow you to buy ticket without an account. If you try to create an account and log in, says there’s a technical error. Then if you try to contact support center using their button for WhatsApp, the app quits and you’re left back at Home Screen. I went through the whole process three times with new emails to try again. No success. Garbage. Just show up early and buy a ticket at the automatic machine.
