  • Needlessly cumbersome

    It’s really quite unnecessary to have to create an account to purchase a train ticket.

    Hello, As train tickets and multis are nominatif (and are linked to your account, which allows you to access your train tickets on multiple devices, for example if you change one of them or lose your phone somewhere), an account is indeed needed to buy a ticket or a multi. ^Lemmy

    Seems to work fine compared to the other ticket alps
  • new version is broken

    The last version is broken - the home screen cannot be scrolled. I am onan older iPhone and my screen doesn’t fit all the elements. As a result I cannot quickly choose favorite locations. It is slso lagging when typing a location name in the search box. The ticket also never fully fits the screen - impossibld to make a full screenshot.

  • Poorly designed

    The user interface makes it complicated to plan a trip between two destinations. It’s hardly readable when you need to change 🚊 and get a 🚃 or 🚌. I tried it on both iPhone and iPad, it looked even worse on the latter.
  • Account disconnect

    Update trew me out of account cant get in dont want to make a new one every time an update gets released
