Worthless!
A specialist I am being treated by is using myPatientVisit. I wanted to read the report from my recent visit. After downloading the app I signed in. The only thing I could see was the date and time of my next appointment. The drop down menu offered to allow me to complete forms but I’ve already done that. Generally I don’t like patient portals, this is the worst I’ve used. I’m deleting this garbage.Show lessdocpav
Terrible app
It bypasses the choice of patient and goes to one page that says Forms. No access to any information that is in the website. WorthlessWillymom

There is no way to reset your password if you forget it and after 5 try’s it will lock you out for 1 hour. I can’t remember my password since it’s no way to reset it I deleted this dumb app !!! Every app I have has a option for resetting your password in case you forget it this is the only app that I know of that doesn’t give you that option.Show lessshay 712

Useless!!!!!
Since the website can’t be used to view clinical documents on a phone, I figured I’d try the app. It doesn’t even show that there are documents. All just a waste of time.djembe1
Horrible!!!!
I used this before my doctor’s appt today, didn’t complete everything assuming I’d be able to edit my medications later. Nope. Couldn’t find the medications section, went to completed forms. Didn’t show up and I couldn’t edit it. 😑😠 completely useless. MyChart is MUCH better. Too bad they don’t use Epic.
Oh- my doctors office had me fill out the same thing on paper!!! I guess no one likes or uses the app. 🙄Show lesscleverflower45
Freezes
I didn’t have a problem setting up my account or uploading the front of my insurance card but when I tried to upload the back the app froze. My Chart is much more user friendly!laadona
Zero Stars
This app is totally useless! I tried logging in with the user name and password that I selected. But to my surprise I was unable to login. I never got the prompt to reset password. I tried for days and days. It shouldn’t be this hard! I have given up and deleting this app! I give it a “thumbs down”!Show lessZero x 100
Frustrating
Creating an account was a hassle with in itself to begin with. This app shows all these features but nothing works besides for upcoming appointments! Super annoyed!bbblllllaaaaahhhhhhhhh
