I am so grateful for Tend, I have received wonderful care from these wonderful people.
They are attentive, kind, empathetic, reliable, fast and convenient. As someone who used medical services regularly, this has been nothing short of a miracle. I’ve only been using it for a week, but I’m amazed by the staff and doctors who truly prioritise the needs of others as human beings. I feel validated and looked-after. I avoided doctors until Tend
It’s not that I’ve been negligent, it’s that seeing a doctor can be so inconvenient. After uni and moving city to work, it just felt like too much effort to get a local GP. I didn’t have one for 8years! 🙊Then I finally decided it worth trying out an app. Talk about removing the barriers! Easy appointments, video calls, prescriptions sent to my local pharmacist.

Wouldn’t let me book appointment
Twice this happened. Once entering my address and when I entered symptoms. Once entered both, after pressing next, a blank screen appeared and it wouldn’t progress to next step. Therefore I couldn’t book an appointment.lynncrean
Fixed a problem in my life immediately
I had gripes about GP’s and their inability to let their customers book a time in a convenient way. I had enough this week and switched to Tend. I was able to get a consultation in the comfort of my home in the next 24 hours. Magic 🙏 Thank yougeorgenuri
Easy, knowledgeable and fast
Tend made it super easy for me to ‘see’ a doctor using a video call. The doctor and nurse were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. No travel time or sitting in a waiting room was great.

Best GP experience ever
The tend team are so thorough and you don’t feel I like you’re just a number or that they’re rushing to get to the next patient. The signup and appointment booking process is so seem less as well - Cannot recommend them enoughbrydeemc
Robust and Easy
A very easy experience start to finish, Dr Michael and Amy were very nice and open to what I said. Really felt looked after and from a developer’s perspective the app works superbly with nothing having not worked as I expected it to.Oartism
Makes seeing a Dr a breeze
Really easy to use app and an amazing service that lets you see your Dr whenever and wherever it suits you. The team are super friendly and seeing the nurse first makes such a difference for getting the help you need. Easy as app
I used it whilst working from home and also going to the clinic . So easy to use. Nice to be able to read notes and reminders. Also was helpful whilst I went for blood donation and had to give medical history .😀.Melnet13
