Thank you for this wonderful product, which I have just finished getting ready for its duties. The update to the firmware was the hardest part, and that was easy! It is very cool—both functionally and in the way it looks and operates. I had one of your earlier yellow power storage devices and this is light years ahead. Looking forward to my years ahead with your unit keeping me happy and safe. (The cool light strip needs some tweaks in the software, perhaps.)Show lessBob Simms
Why Wi-Fi?
This app should be a Bluetooth only. If the power is out the Wi-Fi is too. I’m more interested in keeping my refrigerator running than my Roku. Also creating an account to use the app shouldn’t be required. Otherwise it’s a great app to monitor, control and set limits of charging and discharging. Mine connected without much fuss and I was connected in about a minute. Updated the firmware in a couple of minutes without any problems. If EcoFlow could provide some insight of what setting should be used a when to get the most out of the product would be helpful.Show lessmhpdfp
Please Update Firmware and Networking
I’ve been trying to connect my new Delta Pro fresh out of the box for 3 days. Bluetooth is the only connection that sometimes works. Wifi bombs out over and over I’ve tried different access points and even changing the security protocol. I work in IT so this isn’t rocket science. CAT5 doesn’t even work you plug it in and nothing happens. Love the idea of the device software is just not there yet the app looks nice but obviously that’s about it so far…Show lessa F3ARofCHANG3
Good but bad connection design
I dont understand why i have to unlink and link the ecoflow every time i want to access its options thru this app. This is a portable battery, meaning its most likely to be used outside where WIFI is not available and connecting without internet doesnt give you all the options it offers. Make this bluetooth compatible or something where this doesnt require my home wifi to function normally.Show lesskrolla19

Glitchy and Broken WiFi
App is pretty cool but works terribly inconsistently. Spent over 4 hours trying to get wifi to work right. Ecoflow actually connected to my hotspot device and gets IP, but still says failed to connect.
I’m trying to test another wifi access point now, but the WiFi scanner in the app is broken, won’t even show nearby networks anymore now. I also tried unlinking and linking again, but WiFi setup fails again even when I connect to the Ecoflow hotspot on my phone directly.
For the amount of money I spent, every advertised feature should work right out of the box.Show lessworldwide_wesley

Seems pretty good
Connected to my River Pro quickly and without issue (contrary to other users’ reports).
Firmware update completed smoothly but did have scary flashing warning lights on the display panel. Would be better if that were documented.
