Worked flawlessly for me
Connected to Wi-Fi no problems. Easy to navigate controls. Someone said if the power goes out the Wi-Fi goes out ????? Ummm if the power goes out perhaps some solar panels to charge unit back up so power doesn’t go out. Roflol.Magickone1
Updates!
When you update your firmware (Delta PRO in my case) make sure you don’t have your internet router running off it. Updated the firmware automatically and the AC ports turned off at 20% update and couldn’t turn them back on to complete it. I had to take it somewhere else, teach it to use their internet then wait an anxious 30min for the update to restart and complete to find out if I’ve bricked my $6500 NZD waste of money. Their Helpdesk was useless as well, couldn’t contact them.Show less_SLOBUS_

It does everything it said it could do. More for the geek in me, I would like to see a web based app so I can monitor it via my Mac that can log discharge & charge rates. Presently it gets deleted, if both apps can do it then that would make it 5 stars.Grrraaah
Would be better if it connected
When it is connected it’s a decent nap but it constantly disconnects and then requires a reconnection by deleting the old added device and re-adding it. It will not stay connected to the app over the Internet and as soon as you close it out and try to re-open it. It disconnects from the local direct Wi-Fi connection or I should say deletes the device is kind of really defeats the purpose of such an app.Show lessDavider46
Could be improved
There isn’t much to the app, some menu options automatically hide when the app deems them irrelevant.
Connectivity to the unit isn’t clear, sometimes it shows immediately, other times you have to do a manual ‘pull down refresh’ on the list of units.
The solar input/charge chart doesn’t map out unless the app is running, so no past history if you are trying to troubleshoot charging.
I’ve got an extra battery connected to my unit and the % remaining on the main display seems to ignore the extra battery? The extra battery is currently showing at 98%, but the main screen says 42% charged. Haven’t worked this one out.
I had to return the hardware previously because the ‘screen needed to be recalibrated’. I would like some advanced control over my unit. Calibration and resetting the unit shouldn’t require two weeks of shipping to fix.Show lessLukeJoiner
Doesn’t connect - no support
So glad I just paid $1200 NZD forcthis paper weight. App doesn’t connect via wifi and EcoFlow offer zero support. Terrible experience- avoid and give your business to someone who cares about after sales supportDharmasPajamas

I love this app. I have two ecoflow products in an off grid cabin powered via solar. I have Wi-Fi on the property and can monitor both devices from anywhere. I love that I can turn ports on and off and change settings while not being theredchillsanfran
No wifi
Got ecoflow delta today. It will not connect to my home wifi. The only way I can use this app is if I’m on the ecoflows wifi. This means I can not update the unit at all. I’m with the others, if you’re going to be a tech company, you better have an app that works the way it’s suppose to. When you can’t get the little things right, it makes us wonder about the big things.Show lessmons02035
Love the review but no way to connect to it
This app doesn’t work. It makes me connect via Wi-Fi and then asks to update firmware which it can’t do because my phone thinks the power station is the web. It needs to connect via Bluetooth. Broken and failed! Now my multiple units can be used remotely or updated. Help help help!!!
When you spend over $7,000 you expect more! I have 2 Delta Pros, 1 River Pro and 3 160 panels. The app crashes constantly. How is the world to I update these things. I gave up on this app doing anything and I guess I loose some of the features. Also, a 4 year old couldn’t figure this app out. It should be labeled nuclear engine only ;)
Once it finally links and shows bar to 100% for connecting to the web, it backs out to the app home page and shows 0% and it is unresponsive. Been at this for hours and not I am really upset. The firmware update on the Delta Pro gets to 48% and dies. I’ve tried over 10 days for an hour each. Why ??????????????????????????Show lessJmcory

I have a unique email address that tends to not always work with all companies (new email TLDs are rarely looked at).
Usually it’s a major hassle to get a company to look at the problem and I’m forced to use a different email address.
Within just a few days their support got my message to their devs and the app was updated to support my email TLD!
Now I can actually login and use the app. First time I’ve seen a company take the problem seriously and address it so fast! Nicely done!
The app itself is great. A bit of a bummer that it can’t use local Bluetooth or a local Peer to Peer WiFi network to adjust the settings, but it’s not often Im adjusting the settings anyway.Show lessMatty Kahler
