Literally Useless- CANNOT even log in!
I downloaded this app 2 weeks ago and the only thing it’s given me is the same vague error code when I try to log in.
It’s beyond useless. This is so frustrating because there is a desperate need for such an app, given the clusterF that is the NYC school busing experience.

Wrong bus
This app shows the correct names of my children, bus route number, and school, but these shows me a bus location with a different drivers name in an entirely different borough. There's no way to report the problem through the app. It's useles. If I didn't know the name of the driver was wrong I might have panicked that the bus driver kidnapped all the kids.Chalupa Batman 16

Need to be fix
Not accurate. Always shows “no activity”. You are tracking the bus that was registered to your kid at the beginning of class, so if that bus is late or broke down and gets replaced. It doesn’t show the new bus. So you can be thinking ok I’ll go and take them to school and on the way, the kid gets picked up by a replacement bus. This app wouldn’t tell you.20skulls

Keep getting an error that “Something went wrong. Please try again” despite deleting and reinstalling and confirming my NYCSA account is valid and up to date.Spectators2011
