Can’t sign up

Unable to sign up online and have to download the app. Keep getting an error message saying unable to create an account at this time. Deleted and re-downloaded several times. Has been happening all day for at least the last 8 hours and no email response from support yet.

Make things work

Wanted to get a co-working space in NYC, so I signed up for the All-Access pass.

Signed up, put in payment info, and never received an email. Tried to login through the app, it says my membership was no longer live (when was it? I just signed up). So I call customer service—absolutely no help. Say they’ll email me. I already made a ticket.

After emailing back and forth over the span of 6 hours, I’m able to get on the accounts page on my desktop. They say change my payment method, I do. Think everything might be swell. Go back on the app, put in my details.

“Oops, something went wrong. Try again.” And again and again. Please, fix this nonsense. I haven’t even used it even once.

Good

I do wish I didn't have to remember to manually check in every day for the keycard to work, but overall easy to use and good experience with it

Constantly logged out

Keep consistently getting logged out even if just 10 minutes between using the app. Very frustrating. App barely works

Login every single day?

For some reason the app forgets my login every single day. As an all-access customer that's a lot of friction each morning to book a desk.

The app is great but the only problem it log me out every day. Please fix it guys.

Constant logins

Wework itself is great and this app is good, but it constantly logs me out. When logging in it takes you to an in-app browser (I think) which doesn’t remember my password. So every time I have to manually go to my settings and copy my strong password. Maybe it’s just me? Idk.

Won’t even let me create an account

The app doesn’t show a keyboard when I tried to register for an account so I couldn’t type a thing. I tried to create an account online but it forces me to go to the app but then the app doesn’t work. I deleted and re downloaded the app and turned my phone on and off and still nothing. Make it make sense

Unable to sign in. Support is terrible.

I tried to create an account and was hit with an error that says “please try again later.” Support was no help. They said just uninstall and reinstall and was trying to push me off the phone. When they didn’t work they forwarded me to someone else who hung up on me. I’ve now been on hold for 15 minutes trying to get back in touch.

Update: The login issue was eventually resolved. Unfortunately I spent 90 minutes of support passing the buck until someone told me they were aware of and working to fix the issue.
