Slowest app on the face of the Earth

Even with good internet connection it takes ages for each screen to load. This provides no convenience at all and it would be quicker for me to use the website through my phone.

Continually logs you out as well.

App Experience is HORRIBLE

Please spend a little time and budget in improving your app. I use an iPhone 13 Pro and your app keeps crashing while Iโ€™m using it. The UI Is poor and everything feels like a drag to get done.

I LOVE my WeWork membership but the app is simply horrible.

What on earth were they thinking?

The new app nosedived in quality. I canโ€™t search for different locations as the search is buggy. The interface is unintuitive and looks dated. The responsiveness is laggy. I canโ€™t believe theyโ€™ve kept this for over a year.

Unforgivably slow

It still blows my mind that a successful multi-million $ company like WeWork can somehow manage to produce such a poor user experience in a mobile app.

It is unforgivably slow to use. Constantly reloading pages from scratch. They need a whole new tech team if this is the best they can come up with. And it is NOT a complex app at all. No excuse.

Keeps logging me out every few weeks

The app is fine, albeit pretty slow, but my main issue is that it keeps logging me out every few weeks and I have to keep logging back in manually. Why can it not keep me logged in continuously? Itโ€™s not like it has sensitive information like a banking app.

Search is useless!

You may not realise it from your office in New York but you actually have quite a lot of weworks in London (about 30 of them!) so itโ€™s crazy how bad your search is here. It returns total nonsense. E.g. you have 2 locations in Paddington, I search for Paddington and the first wework the app brings up is 3 miles from Paddington. Your search is so useless in the app that I need to go to google to search โ€˜wework in xxxโ€™ then get the name from google then paste it into the app. Surely this isnโ€™t the best you can do??

This app is getting worse as time goes

It updates super frequently, it pushes notifications without having a way to control what you want to get notified about, it seems they updated the app to be a web page running behind which is an awful experience. It used to be better, but now itโ€™s not longer the case. I use it because I have to, no because of other reason.

So slow

The most basic function of this app is to book a desk and doing that takes ages. It feels like the app was redesigned and since that the user experience has been terrible. Often I need to close the app 2 or 3 times before I'm able to book a desk. Terrible.

Take something half decent and make it worse

Incredible to see a functioning app be updated to something with such a poor user interface thatโ€™s hard to navigate and bookโ€ฆ

Unacceptably poor app

I canโ€™t put into words how bad this app has now become. Previously it had some bugs when searching on the map but at least the rest of the app was OK. Now theyโ€™ve ruined it. Itโ€™s a horrible user experience. Someone needs to get fired.

Recently the company closed down bookings for a weekend to upgrade their systems. Hilariously the app is now even buggier than it was before! Does anyone at WeWork tech dept know what they are doing?

Now the Upcoming screen is completely broken so you canโ€™t even view your bookings. Unbelievable.
