On the whole the app works
But I do have some gripes
- drop downs on bookings don’t work properly - you have to hold the button down
- unlike every other app I own we work app looses your credentials when the app updates. Very annoying
End user testing of the updates would be really nice guys!

Fine app, bad system
App works great. The issue is people can book desks and not show up with no penalty. So sometimes you can’t get in for a desk, even though there many open. People just book a desk every day because why not. Super inefficient.
One of the best apps if ever used
The UX experience is pretty good I’ve yet to have a problem and the costumer service is outstanding.
Too many forced updates
The developers need to learn how to batch their updates into one release per week instead of forcing users to download the app again every single day
Take 4 very slow loading taps to book a day
It takes sooooo long to book in a day that I just don’t do it sometimes
Too many updates & crashes
I get updates every few weeks but having to download a new update & every time I use the app is too much. I’d like an app you can open and use without having to update & re-enter my email & password every time.
Also, now it won’t save my log in & password. So every time you use the app you have to log in & enter everything THEN download the update (from yesterday). It’s a pain to use.

App improvements
I just started using the app and have yet to use the space. My reservation is in a couple of days. I’ll post a follow-up review after my in person experience.
For the app, can you please add a revise reservation option? I had to cancel then rebook my reservation because I needed to adjust my reservation. Now my cc will be charged twice while I wait for the refund from my first reso.
For the filter, I think it currently shows all available locations versus? Very confusing. Also it would be useful to add a filter for hours of operation (i.e. open late, open 24/7).
Also can you please add a feature to “favorite” a location?

The app kept log out and I have to enter
Hi, I am not happy that almost every day for two weeks now, the app logs out itself (perhaps every update). It is frustrating to enter my email address and password to get in. WeWork office is so great! But the app needs to improve more. Should tell how much per credit, so I know how much to pay for desk or office or total price. I don’t want to see that in the invoice. I want to know how much before I book. Need 100% honesty and transparent.

Can’t sign up
Unable to sign up online and have to download the app. Keep getting an error message saying unable to create an account at this time. Deleted and re-downloaded several times. Has been happening all day for at least the last 8 hours and no email response from support yet.

Wanted to get a co-working space in NYC, so I signed up for the All-Access pass.
Signed up, put in payment info, and never received an email. Tried to login through the app, it says my membership was no longer live (when was it? I just signed up). So I call customer service—absolutely no help. Say they’ll email me. I already made a ticket.
After emailing back and forth over the span of 6 hours, I’m able to get on the accounts page on my desktop. They say change my payment method, I do. Think everything might be swell. Go back on the app, put in my details.
“Oops, something went wrong. Try again.” And again and again. Please, fix this nonsense. I haven’t even used it even once.
