Desk reservation - actual vs reservations
For me does not make sense a booking app that in the desk reservation system people book 1 month in advance - do no use the booking and reservation system show the property is full but is actually not full for the month. Can you imagine if hotels reservations or airline seats work like that? WeWork desk reservation app need to LevelUp to adjust that so people can actually use their reservations correctly.

Excellent Service & Staff
In making my most recent booking, Kelly Williams, was outstanding. She help find the most appropriate office to fit my clientβs needs and help me during the process while I was getting my clients to confirm our date & time!
Another outstanding example of why I prefer working with We Work!!

As beautiful in design as the offices
But, points down for advertising prices without GST (illegal in Australia)
It could be better. So much better.
It would be helpful if when you set your home location in the app, that it always opened with that location setting - rather than your facing to go find it again. It defaults to your nearest location.
Why do the hours you need select when booking a conference room start in the wee hours of the morning? To offer the joy of scrolling?
The app is should be so much better and intuitive and it just isnβt.

Good Quality App
The app is really intuitive. It has good user experience and easy to navigate around. Room booking is quite simple as well. Keep adding more features!
It takes too long to book a table
If you need to come everyday you spend a lot of time booking a table, could be faster
Good
When I use my key card after booking a desk I have to wait like 15 minutes before I can get in. Waste of my time. Otherwise perfect
Service is fine, app shows they know it
The app is terrible. Itβs difficult to navigate. Slow as a turtle. And clear the company knows that the app is meant to help them have less administrative overhead by having their customers be administrators. Not to help customers use their service.
App isnβt intuitive at all
Terrible app, frequently gets stuck when trying to look at hot desking options when the site is currently closed even though you arenβt looking for now but a future date. Lacks basic functionality to select date, time, place and type of booking in that sensible order. Instead relies on a messy map that jumps and shows icons on a map which is unhelpful if you donβt know a site name. Mine repeating jumped to New York even though my nearest site is London (I donβt have VPN on so no reason for it to go to NYC, I suspect thatβs a default which is just silly when it could look for your actual desired location first). Trying to be better than it is, Iβd suggest they scrap the current user interface and go to a simple search box allowing common sense filtering. I strongly suspect lots of people give up booking with WeWork half way through due to frustration.

Easy to use app but missing key features
I like using this app because it is easy to use. However, it lacks the ability to see how many phone booths or sit down desk places there are. This makes it challenging to decide whether to choose a certain WeWork location.
