Stupid app
Don’t even want to give it a one star… I had to go through so much verification that I ended up deleting the app. All I want to see is if I’m sick or not. I have the rights to see if I’m sick or not, I don’t give an F about the security of this app. It’s like if the government is seriously trying to hide something from you. Now I hope this review gets posted because I’m pretty sure they’re going to review my review for verification if it’s going to get posted since I cursed. FYI I was forced at the end to give it a one star in order to upload but so you know I never wanted to give a star.

Excellent service and tracking
From the first Covid test I took with Nomi Health in early 2020 I was impressed by the organization and accuracy of the tracking. Even when I was desperate for some of the first results that I took, I was able to reach someone by phone who could then send them to me. Qualities that were very impressive and life saving during a pandemic!

Results don’t sync in time
Got tested then notified results are in this app. So I installed the app which was the only option (without calling an hour call wait time as tried before yesterday) and there wasn’t the test result as CVS claimed! Results from last 2 years (incomplete) showed but not the urgent one which I got notified of. Yes I am aware that syncing is non trivial and lost software struggle with it.. so where are my results. Need to call again and beg for info ./

Quick results excellent for record keeping
I took the test yesterday to get ready for a cruise and I received the text message from the Florida Department of health confirming my results. When I get ready to travel I can open the app and have the confirmation of my test readily available. That is really nice and very convenient!
Poor Coordination with the Airlines
Ok recently 3days ago took a PCR test from CVS Clinic in Fort Myers.
I received a text message indicating I was COVID free.
My issue was the airlines refusing to accept this website and instead was asking passengers for a paper copy.
My stand was that I would believe the results from an electronic system run by the state than an individual hand over a paper copy to the airlines!
This app will only be effective if the. State Government made it an official standard for airline’s. I did not fly…because at 4am there was not a store opened to make copies for a requirement not mention on the airlines website nort after 7 calls to American Airlines requesting they provide me a list of requirements to fly. Very good site but it will only work if it’s standardized and up held by state govt! Oh and state govt should make airlines provide a list of requirements to fly thru the airlines website, if they want to do business in Florida PBI..! Icefire244

Fatigue
I had stroke, about s year ago but it seem like I m dealing with fatigue. I have asked about fatigue my professional medical associates and really cannot define it.
So feel tired, in the afternoon like heavy feeling like if I just workout. Some days feel better but the fatigue always comes back.
Do you know anything or what can I do get back to the real me

COVID 19
I had my 2 shots and booster and when i went to the hospital before my procedures it came back positive! I was so shocked. And I was still wear a mask because I have really bad lungs. People who don’t wear mast are stupid or naïve. Or just don’t care about themselves or other people. Some people think it’s a farce.

The health screening workers that are administering & processing the COVID test are doing an outstanding job. These workers are faithfully serving their fellow Americans by straying on the front lines of this pandemic war & fighting for our lives...They are so well organized, helpful, encouraging & uplifting. Covid Test
The New Symrna center (gym) where we have our tests performed is a 50 minute drive for us, but it’s worth every minute. Their process is quick and efficient, and every single person we’ve ever been in contact with is such a joy. I find this to be extremely outstanding, especially based on the scrutiny and pressure they’re under!

Don’t waste your time and money
This is the worst most frustrating product. You ought to be able to take a test and have it tell you the results. This company’s testing product requires you to download an app to get instructions and then get results. But in my case the app didn’t even provide the steps I needed to take the test, let alone get results. What a completely useless and frustrating approach for a much needed rapid testing product.
