Linking between iPhone and watch
I have two different results. The watch tells me one RTT rating and the iPhone another one.

Recovery
Great app so far, I’ve been looking for an Apple Watch alternative to whoop or Garmin body battery for years and this appears to be the ticket. It would be nice if it could also include some kind of metrics related to the o2 readings as well.
Does What It Says
Great app that I have had for quite some time. Lot of comments that it does not work, does not update what does it mean. Do about 5 minutes on google and find out that apps can only send updates to your watch at specific intervals, read up on HRV and you will totally dig it. It’s a great app that if you use as a tool, part of your overall fitness planning it will give you insight on your fitness. Does what it says.

Time/Date on Chart is not using local time zone
I downloaded the app and paid for the charts. Find it disappointing that the time and date is not using local time zone which makes it really confusing.

Thanks for the feedback Jonathan - will investigate and i hope we can fix in the next update release. Could you send us a support email with a screenshot? Support@trainingtodayapp.com
Basic functionality
We’ll it seems to work. You get a graph on your watch. Which tells you how hard to train which you get to customize the intensity. I’d love it if the app would actually display the data it’s using to make this suggestion. It’s all in health somewhere, but the app could break it down for you into easy to understand graphs. Still cheaper than a Whoop strap.

Useless
I really wanted to find something to track recovery. This is completely useless. You have to fiddle around with the smoothing and intensity to make it look how you want it. Which defeats the purpose. And it counts charging time as resting time. And it’s so slow at calculating. And the ring doesn’t update as quickly as the number. Obviously it has tons of bugs. Mine has been showing below .5 for several days. Really? Even after 3 days of sleep? Still 0.2? Glad I didn’t pay for this one.

Whoop whoop
I have been using this app for the last 2 weeks. It “feels” accurate to me because i have lost almost all motivation to work out due to fatigue and sometimes my scores are even below 1. This is the longest break I have been on in a year and my recovery is slowly...recovering.
I have considered buying a Polar heart monitor and also WOOP but this is telling me everything I want to know for FREE. Thank you for making this available.

Fantastic App
This app is great. I have it set up on my watch face to I can quickly glance and get an idea of my recovery. I think a percentage such as 60% recovered would make more sense than a 1-10 numerical rating but this app is fantastic as is.
Beautiful graph but what does it mean?
I do a work out and then I take one minute of deep breathing and suddenly it means I’m ready to work out again? I wish there was more insight about what the number actually means and how it is impacted. Otherwise it seems to be disconnected from how my body actually feels.
Whoop Replacement...maybe.
I have only been using the app for a few days but so far so good. I have started to up my training again, so this app will become mega valuable to me.
The app is super easy to use, the compilations for the Apple Watch are super nice too and puts the right data where you want it. The ability to have a smoothing and intensity setting, enables the user to tailor the suggestion to your needs.
For example at this time I am recovering from man flu so I have I have dialled down the intensity and increased the smoothing. When I’m fully recovered I can change those settings to reflect my how my body feels.
I was recommended this app, but ex whoop users who say this has replaced their whoop. I would be interested to see how this app develops in terms of the data points it tracks to give your your score.
But what it’s current state it does what it needs to do, the support is super helpful also which is nice.
