New update is horrible
We selected our electronic fence because of the remote trainer feature. Feature worked great on the way old app. Upgraded the app and now it takes forever to connect and just spins. So disappointed.TravelLadyLG
Latest revision issues
I have had this app/system for about 6 months. It worked fairly well for spot training. I understood that it was only effective within Bluetooth range of phone. At least we got a warning that it lost the connection so could get closer and reconnect. The latest version seems very buggy though. No warning when connection lost, it looks connected but it really isn’t. When a spot correction is then needed, it gives an error. By the time you hit the disconnect and reconnect, the pet bad behavior is over. My dog seems to have figured this out! Very helpful tool
This app is great! Helps keep my dog off of guests when they walk in the door. She used to jump all over them.. after just a few weeks of consistency she no longer jumps on guests. It’s been a lifesaver. Also love the nightlight for when my dog is out at night as we have a very dark backyard.Charlotte Melenric

App works very well
The app works very well. Have your dealer explain to you how to use the app and what the design purpose is of the app (as a training tool and to give you more command/control of your collar). Use it as a training tool, have the app open and connected to the collar. Then have someone ring your doorbell or someone come over that the dog likes to jump up on. That way you are able to teach your dog not to do those behaviors instead of just trying to shock them whenever it happens. The app is designed to disconnect from the collar after a time period to keep from draining the battery in the collar and your phone. The collar connect to the app through Bluetooth so expect that it will not connect through walls or extended distance. In my experience connect is great with in 50’.Show lessjdnfhzhsbf
This app help me train my dog tremendously and easily
Being able to set the collar settings from my phone and to use it as a behavior training collar, it has really helped our dog from jumping on people coming through the door and digging in the yard.Ralph Rizzo
Unstable App
This app is totally unusable. Was able to setup and connect to my collar, but the next time I try to use it the app just hangs on the blue loading screen. Every trouble shooting technique has not helped.n29af
Works well. Let’s me control shock level as needed.
This app is great! During my dogs training I increased the shock level bit by bit using the app. The night light is so cool, I can look outside at night and see where my dog is. I also LOVE it for on the spot training BUT because it’s blue tooth you want to be ready with the phone already connected to the collar due to the time it takes to connect. I was having some frustration with this and my dealer provided a handheld remote at a discount which works instantly. Overall I am very happy with it.Show lessChapwoman
Incorrect History
I’ve been trying to check how many times my dog gets a warning &/or correction. Every time I close the app & reopen it, another warning & correction shows up! I got all the way up 9 - with the dog inside the house in the room with me!!! I also uninstalled the app for a few days & after reinstalling the same issue exists! Please fix this - I will feel much better knowing IF my dog is going in & out. I don’t want to lose my puppy, because he wanders off when he gets out.Show less!g2!€•}|?
App is unreliable
App is very unreliable. Light button does not work 90% of the time. Im not the extra money for use of the app was worth only checking the battery on the collar.P$rt
