New issue which started today. App won’t start…. Infinite load screen. Deleting app and re-downloading it did not work……

Doesn’t even load anymore

This pile of garbage just gets stuck on an infinite loading spinner now. Invest in your interfaces you assclowns.

Awful App

Truly the most awful trading app out there. I have used IBKR, wealthsimple and my banks trading app but questrade is the undefeated king of awful interface. Won’t even get started on the similarly awful website. Stopped trading, will only keep the account size I have.

Don’t even want to open it

Why have Face ID when the app asks me to set it up again EVERY time i open the app.

Horrible!!

Only Questrade can take something good to make it FAR WORSE and call that an update. Questrade app before this one was way faster and easier to use. Want to do strangle / straddle right away you could do it. Want to see its P&L right away you can see it. Want to see current positions just options p&L right away. Want to place a quick order - way easier in the app they phased out. I can’t stand how Questrade destroys a good working product, takes out it to release a wayyy inferior “update”. And false advertise it how it’s better when in fact it is wayyy worse,

Scam company

Garage company. They had there whole platform down for over an hour during trading hours. I had options that are very timed sensitive that I had to sell but couldn’t because I was locked out of my account for over 1 hour!!! This resulted in thousands of dollars of losses and is completely unacceptable for a brokerage. I highly recommend that people look for a different trading platform
