Scam company

Garage company. They had there whole platform down for over an hour during trading hours. I had options that are very timed sensitive that I had to sell but couldn’t because I was locked out of my account for over 1 hour!!! This resulted in thousands of dollars of losses and is completely unacceptable for a brokerage. I highly recommend that people look for a different trading platform

No account nicknames. Incorrectly locked trading

Doesn’t show account nicknames.
Repeatedly getting “You can't trade in this account right now since is currently logged in.” if my phone locks for a few seconds and I have to quit the whole app. The error message is even missing a word after “since”.

Trading equity options

All I want to do is buy a few puts to hedge a stock issue that I already own. Why is this so difficult? It’s a simple transaction.

It’s bad

Today is the first morning after the election and this app is down at opening. Don’t need to say much more, this is not very professional and very unproductive and expensive to me.

Falling behind in features

Please offer Fractional Shares and auto buying stocks so I don’t have to switch to Wealth Simple. I just want to be able to auto transfer $500 per month into my TFSA and have it auto buy $500 worth of VFV per month and reinvest the dividends. WS has been able to do it for so long so what is taking Questrade so long? Please beg your managers to let you add these features that every broker should have.

Needs improvement.

Low fees and U.S dollar dividends remain in USD. However only Available only in Canada and impossible to access in French…terrible.

New app is garbage

Can’t move money into my accounts through the app, it redirects you to sign in again on the webpage. Even then it doesn’t automatically route you to the funding page, you have to go find it yourself once you’ve logged in a second time. Layout is not visually appealing. Default trade is to sell all shares, so be careful with that. Much prefer the old app.

Used to be good.

Now it just freezes and screens won’t update properly when switching through accounts. Been like this for months. Fix it!
