Account nickname not available

It’s curious that it’s the only Questrade app that allows to see the authorized trader accounts yet you can’t nickname accounts on this app to make it easier to manage. Meanwhile Questmobile has nicknames enabled? Possible to bring nicknames to Edge?

Edge mobile Bugs

This apps is a downgrade from the old version. There is a useability issue when come to option trading. There is a still a bug that should be flag during testing and certainly before releasing to the public. On the Orders —> Executions screen, buying a PUT, the screen showing a SELL instead of a BUY. This is a bug.

App is not good

The setup it is confusing. Don’t know what’s going on. Showing a lot of stuff that is not useful. Why can it just like what stock I got, and let me buy and sell just like the web version?

Awful apps. Bone headed support

I've had several issues with transactions and clarity on fees and their support staff has no ability to deal with or fix anything. That combined with a gawd awful UX. I use wealthsimple for everything personal but they don't have self-directed corporate accounts but am actively seeking something better.

Interests on my owner money?

Transferred my own available cash from one account to another, then I was charged for 11% of interests since the transfer!
Also, I made a request to transfer partial shares of one stock from one to another account, all shares had been sold and bought again with a much higher price in both accounts!

This app sucks

Questrades old app was great. EdgeMobile sucks. I don’t recommend. Use wealthsimple instead. It’s much more intuitive

Can you please make the historical portfolio graph work?

I’m quite upset with the historical graph for portfolio for each account, why when I hover over the graph, the detailed dollar amount of the portfolio is not showing up???

Difficile à utiliser!

Fake advertisement

They are advertising 1 cent per share fee structure but dont tell you that you need to pay almost 100$ a month to get that fee structure. How is this legal?

Piece of garbage

I am waiting for close out all my positions move to somewhere else. Incredible stupid platform. I have som RRSP TSFA and margins. So hard to trade option with this new platform. I have log into web to use the old version. Now, I can’t even use the old version.
