So many bugs & wrong data - trash app!

I feel extremely frustrated and angry when using this app. There are so many bugs and it always goes for freezing screen or incorrect data (e.g. put all of my RRSP positions under my TFSA accounts and lost half of my margin account data, etc.) I’m seriously considering transfer my equities to IBKR due to Questrade’s poor functionality.

Autofill 2fa code needed asap

Like the title says Questrade developers your way behind on integrating automatic code insertion via the app from my iCloud authenticator app.

This is dead, simple to implement and I’m shocked that I have to leave the app to fill the code, please update this as soon as possible thank You.

Order entry settings

Order entry settings never work and falls to default always so that’s useless setting.

Can’t find much options to do anything

Very difficult to use. I can’t find where to turn on the self reinvest dividends in this app.

absolutely horrendous after use

so many bugs.
will log you off frequently
keeps going into snap mode, have to fight with it all the time to keep it updating
if the screen turns while using it, it will go haywire and will be impossible to use and almost impossible to close without rebooting your phone

Bring old Back

Dark or bright everything sucks, missing basic features like total execution and many many more basic features

Needs a lot to be done

This app is very poor in terms of full display. A number of times it showed on summary of one or two accounts and others are blank while I have multiple accounts . A lot of work needs to be done on this application

Awful

This app is a disaster. I miss the old one. Can’t find anything. Need to move to a better trading company with an app I understand. Feel like I am about go start losing money.

Garbage app

The old app is way better. This app is a total trash. There is no point soliciting suggestions because the development team does not do anything to improve it.

Update: fixed previous buy to close error on earlier version

Earlier had an issue with closing a mid July position covered call which led to a double purchase. Retracting earlier review due to the prompt resolution by a Questrade agent who rectified the earlier trade on a future trade. Latest version seems to have resolved this issue.
