  • Difficulties

    I’ve been trying to start using the app but it will not let me pick a difficulty. Is there something else I have to do?

    Hi, sorry that you are experiencing difficulties with the app! Just to check, once you're on the 'Customise Task' screen have you scrolled down past the 'Routine, Necessary, Enjoyable' options to the Difficulty section? From there, you need to move the dot along the line for the app to register that you've selected a difficulty - the dot should change from white to coloured to show that it's worked.   • Hard to use on iPhone

    The interface works like a website rather than an app. I have to scroll around and sometimes things get cut off. There is really good content on this app, I just wish it was easier to use interface wise.

    Sorry to hear that you are finding the app difficult to use - can I ask which iPhone you are using and which operating system? I will log this for review with our developers.
  • Too overwhelming

    You have to set three tasks for yourself and choose a date for them before you can do anything. Just made me feel more frustrated when I was looking for tools to manage my depression. I don’t need a daily planner, I need motivation.

    It’s not letting me set a difficulty level and thus I can’t set up the app.
