Lack of investment is inhibiting those with disabilities

Every time I open the app it will freeze and not respond so that I cannot connect to my external microphone. It’s pathetic that maintenance updates haven’t been done in over 7 months at this point. Please for the love of god have a team address active bug issues because it’s hurting people like me with hearing aids.

This version of the BAHA app is absolutely unreliable

This app refuses to connect to my BAHA to my compatible iPhone 65% of the time which means I cannot adjust the volume on it or stream audio from my iphone to the BAHA. I am profoundly hard of hearing. Without the BAHA audio streaming, I cannot hear on my iphone- totally defeats the purpose of owning and wearing a BAHA. I can’t listen to music. I can’t watch movies. I can’t watch TV. Renders it completely nonfunctional and completely USELESS for me and I cannot function w my day to day activities consequently. Somehow I am constantly losing my BAHA programming and I have to drive 45 mins each way for my audiologist to reprogram /reconfigure my BAHA in order for it to work again. It is relared to this horribly designed BAHA app that is 65% nonfunctional. Never, ever had these problems w my old BAHA and with the older version of this app. FIX this SO I CAN HAVE RELIABLE functioning usage OF MY BAHA 5 COCHLEAR! GD!!! I cannot function without the app and my Baja working togethet correctly. It is a $6000+ plus hearing device after an $18,000 implant surgery to help me hear/function that doesn’t work 65% of the time. I can’t function day-to-day like this. I’m going to get a lawyer and sue you.

BAHA 6 difficult to connect !!

I had a BAHA 5- now 6- but the connection to the screw is terrible!!! So hard to connect- it makes me cry. Half time I have to go back to my old BAHA to connect. Why did they change the connection? It is horrible. I am so disappointed.

Noise reduction

Is there any way to turn the noise reduction off on the every day setting , I hate it ,,,, responce pointless ???

Won’t pair

Useless if it won’t pair to the app. I have deleted, reinstalled. The issue is the app as it still works with the older version. My phone shows the Bluetooth connection being established with the sound processor. Big disappointment.

BAHA smart and iPhone 11.

I bought a iPhone 11 because I was told the current app BAHA 5. Took me 3 weeks to get the BAHA Bluetooth to work on my phone. Cannot get the app itself to work though. Will not connect Tony phone and therefore no level control. Will return to old app and stay there until it stops working though you say there will be no further support of the app!!

The App crashed!

I can’t even open the app at all. Please fix this issue.

Will not pair

It will not connect to my BAHA. I've tried everything including calling Cochlear and no one can help. Now that they've deleted the old BAHA
app I can't control anything. This is ridiculous to be this dependent on an app and not be able to control anything. Do better Cochlear I didn't pay this much money to virtually all control gone

Download issue

Not sure if my app was upgraded. Went straight to usual spot when activating cochlear ear app. Went from red to green in about 3 second. Didn’t show usual download
