Is this for real?
This app should be on a curriculum for app designers on what NOT to do. It's 1998ish looking, no explanation of anything, doesn't allow me to correct anything, it freezes, it repeated itself and it's just freaking boring. Who created this I want to meet him/her/team. My first question; Are you happy with this? Just curious is all.rece1984
Worst app I’ve ever been forced to download
I absolutely hate this waste of space. The app clocks me out often and never even records a shift, well that is when it allows me to clock in. This app is a joke. I wish I could give it negative stars. That would be the only way you would ever see 5 stars on this horrible app.tasha1125
A malfunctioning APP
I have to use this app for work. It clocks me in and out. For the last 5 workdays in a row, I’ve had to call my company to get me out of it. It freezes on me and then I can’t clock out. In the beginning it seemed to work fine but lately…….. it’s very frustrating and it’s embarrassing to have to keep calling my company, my job is stressful enough. Please fix it.Magnolia J
Terrible App
This app is clunky and burdensome. It is not smooth running. Right now it’s taking anywhere from 5 to 15 hours for the worker’s times to be transmitted to the portal so the consumer can approve them. It’s frustrating, time consuming and causes a level of worry and anxiety that’s just cruel.Severly Disabled

i never thought i would miss paper time cards but now that i have to use this app i would literally rather carve my hours into a peace of limestone and then carry it on my back the many miles to the arc officesneksndownwbwb
Horrible
This app is slow for clocking in or out making time cards inaccurate without corrections. Space for notes makes them very limited in detail and doesn’t allow enough space to highlight important moments in my clients’ day. Doesn’t track pay rate or provide weekly time card or pay period tracking of money or hours worked. I HAVE to use it for work and still use a secondary app (free) to track better, keep better detailed notes/records and wages.dsp.jwood

If the designers of this app were responsible for the B-17 Bomber, we’d all be speaking German now. If something on this app does happen to work - don’t work it soon won’t. At the moment, it doesn’t even bring up a keyboard for me to log on with.

Shame on PA for using tax dollars to purchase this app and forcing direct care workers and employers to use this app. It is NOT user friendly AT ALL!PA Direct Care Worker
