Horrible app
This app needs so much more work. I constantly have problems logging in and sometimes it will just log me out. Takes so long to actually log me back it. Would give it half a star if I could.
Disappointed
Both the app and the portal are not working properly. Both platforms are confusing. The training did not cover the complete process. After you enter the shift and then log out where do you go It was a guessing-game It won’t recognize your log in half of the time The portal layout is confusing if you having more than one participant How does anyone know if time has been good to pay or denied. There is no complaint department where you can receive satisfactorily responses Thr call in deskis no help either. You can wait for someone to call back

This is one of the worst apps I have ever come in contact with. Can’t see anything other then you clocking in and out. It got a 1 cause I had to click one.
How could such a bad app exist in 2022
Had to give it one star. But, that’s way to much credit for this app. They need to delete the app completely and start over from scratch with a user friendly program. This program is probably not easy to learn for the most skilled computer geek.

This app is horrible, there are almost no features, and it says that it is compatible with my device, but when I try to open it it closes immediately I can’t even login at all. Someone I know uses it and is mostly successful but it keeps glitching. This is a horrible app, it has not been programmed properly, and it is not at all ready to be used in a capacity that it is. I recommend the creators of this app to really take a serious look into fixing all the bugs. The company does not return any phone calls, I have called tech-support on multiple occasions left my number for a callback, it has been weeks and no one has even called me back.
Who ever decided to make us change before the bugs were worked out should be fired.

Doesn’t work properly
The biggest mistake was changing to this app. Why change something that doesn’t need fixing? Fix this app!
