Under developed app
So many people in PA are going to be furious. App is garbage. doesn’t load properly I tried on several devices so doesn’t matter if it’s an android or apple. Always stuck loading. I was able to get on once to test the clock in & out. Just once. I have tried a laptop, tablet both only 2 months ( updated technology ) and cell phone 1 yr old with updated technology so what’s the deal with this under developed app?????

App comparability
The app shoes you can use iPad iPhone and Mac but is android compatable and what systems
The worst.
Time4Care was so much better. Everything could be done through that app (clocking in/out, time approval, pay stubs) this app is awful. It crashes all the time when it does work. Some times it just loads and I have to uninstall it to reinstall it. Randomly it will give me errors saying I don’t have access when I log in? I went to the trainings and I’ve watched the videos. They need to upgrade this app ASAP.

Terrible App
This app does not ever work. You expect us to log in and out to be compliant with EVV but I end up manually entering hours and approving all the time. If you are going to require something make sure it works!!!

You guys just took over for PA and the app doesn’t even work?!?! It’s frustrating as H*ll!!! We are trying to do our jobs and can’t abide by YOUR rules because YOUR app doesn’t work 4th day in and only 1st day it worked!!!
Can’t even use the app
Keeps asking for me to enable location services, but that option isn’t present in the app or the settings for the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled a few times with 0 change to this. Will just likely manually enter my shifts/timesheets and deal with possibly getting in trouble for that.

Unreliable app, poor time logging. Just another money grab to be sold off next year.
It never works
I have to submit hours manually most of the time because this app never works properly. I’ve uninstalled and installed it about 5 different times and I’m so frustrated at this point.
