When it works…
When it works, it’s great. I’ve told so many people about it …it just seems too good to be true. Well, apparently it is too good to be true. I have the adjustable part and it does not work or operate smoothly, so they said that they would send out a new remote. I have not received that and it’s been weeks. the BedJet itself has been erratic and sometimes changes temperature or just stops putting out heat/air and I have to wake up and turn it back on but at least it worked. Now it’s not working at all.
The sales people are very knowledgeable and speak confidently about the product. Unfortunately when you call back you get somebody who doesn’t seem to know what’s going on. And I guess they make promises like replacing the remote that may or may not happen.

Life Changing
The BedJet is absolutely life changing. I’ve had mine for 3 years now and it’s the best purchase I have ever made. No more night sweats!! I highly recommend the sheets too. There’s little holes throughout and air circulates all night. Best sleeping ever!! I cant live without my BedJet!

Really loving using the BedJet 3.
It’s been a few days now.
It is simple to use and even better using it with the cloud sheet.
I would recommend the twin sets for cloud sheet but you can’t play footsies with your husband.
Choose the one that does two individual sides
It really does cool you down and heat you up.
The cloud sheet is amazing.
A wonderful investment I would recommend.

2 Steps Forward 1 Big Step Back
We had the original BedJet and app. That app wasn’t perfect - that’s for sure. But this app didn’t keep the good things from that one and just fix the bad. This app fixed some of those bad things but then ruined the good. In the old app when creating a biorhythm, you could easily see the total time it would run - as you added steps you always knew the total time. In this app, you have no idea. If you’re creating a complex one, trying to add up all the minutes and covert to hours is a crazy and unnecessary pain. Also on the old app in biorhythm creation you could see many steps at a glance and easily. On this new app, you can only see a few and the small window with scrolling is janky. BedJet really needs to hire a UX Design Expert to work with their programmers. It’s embarrassing to have such an innovative product with such a disappointing app.

Just finished installing and already a game changer!
My husband sleeps really hot and has been having trouble sleeping for a while. We just installed the bedjet and already can tell it’s going to be a game changer.

IN HEAVEN
I just plugged this in and set it up. Then I crawled into bed to test it and I am absolutely sold on it. Felt like small feathers cascading around my body under the blanket. It's super quiet, can cool as softly or aggressively as you like, and has both a remote and app. When it's night, I prefer not to fire up my phone, but if I can't find the remote, at least I have the app. The sheets do blow up like a balloon if the air has no where to go, so if you have any animals that sleep on top of your bed covers, they could bust your bubble.
I'm in Central Florida and we're having some of the worst heat ever. But it's nice to know that even if we lost power and our AC, I could still plug this into our EcoFlow batteries and would be able to sleep comfortably at night.

Biorhythm could be better…
BedJet is a great product. The biorhythm function would be more user friendly if it could be set to clock to change temps etc, rather than on a simple timer.
Works mostly, but odd design
There seems to occasionally be a bug where the temperature gauge bounces between different positions. Other than that this app works as expected, but I thought the design overall was a bit odd and makes the app clunky to use.
Suggestion: Get rid of these weird modes and just include a temperature gauge with a fan speed slider below that you can adjust. Limit the fans lower limit when using the heating modes.
The different modes are just confusing and I notice little difference between the core modes. There should instead just be a 3 level drop-down labeled “heat” (cool(cool), medium(dry), high(heat EXT)) which controls how aggressive the heating engages. (We shouldn’t be limited to 74 degrees in heating modes. Just unlock the entire normal range 66-92). Turbo should be it’s own button with a high and low toggle (these would be turbo heat (high) and heat (low) which will automatically adjust the timer and fan speed as needed, and unlock higher temp ranges.
