won’t let you cancel sub

Hi, Sorry you are experiencing an issue, you can cancel the subscription in the "profile" section of the app. Tap on your subscription details and it opens a cancel button for you. Also you can follow these options as well to cancel, this is where the cancel button in app takes you. If you are on an iPhone, iPad or so on, then try the following... Open the Settings app. Tap your name. Tap Subscriptions. iPhone showing the Subscriptions menu option in Settings. Tap the subscription. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already cancelled. If you are still unable to cancel, then you can contact us on support@mindfulnessapps.com
Not able to use Silence with Bells

Hi, thank you for your review, sorry the silence with bells isn't working as well as we had hoped. We have been working on a completely new version of the app over the last year, written from the ground up. It is about to release to the public this week. It fixes the silence with bells, however we are also working on a completely new feature to make the silence with bells a lot better too. We hope this new feature will be available in the autumn. Hi Joan05061, Thank you for reaching out to us, we are sorry you have an issue and are here to help. If you could try a couple of things for us, that would be fantastic. Please can you email our support team at support@mindfulnessapps.com and send over some screenshots if possible, we will investigate and we can chat with you there. Also, in the meantime, please could you force close the app on your phone and then open it again to check if it is just a specific issue with your device and the app might have just crashed and restarting it might solve the issue temporarily until we have a chance to chat with you directly to help solve. Brilliant - one of the better meditation practices
Perfect!
The only feedback I have for the developers of the app is that I don’t like the bells at the beginning and end of each meditation, and I think its amusing that JKZ says on the other side of the “tape.” The tape reference I am presuming is because he has used some of this material over the years with his patients in the hospital setting.

Jon Kabat-Zinn MBSR changed my life
After I look the 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course (MBSR) developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and reading Full Catastrophe Living, by Jon, my whole relationship to myself and the world changed for the better. Meditation takes consistent practice and also an understanding of what Awareness and being in the moment means.
I love the mindfulness reminders that I can set throughout the day. And I love all of the different MBSR meditation sessions. You also get exclusive live videos and the recordings.
I reached out to their help desk because I wasn’t able to see the videos at first. They helped me solve the problem.
