Not Worth the Money and Headache
My account was billed two weeks ago but my local number stopped working all of a sudden. Their mobile app and online website is not functioning properly or not at all. Their customer service department is online only with a 24 hour wait for a response. A complete waste of money!
They won’t cancel my subscription
I’ve tried to cancel my subscription and there is never anyone to talk to and they keep taking my money

I was paying a ridiculous amount of money just to talk to my loved one & thankfully this company has saved me a lot of money & would definitely recommend to anyone that has a love one that is incarcerated!!!!

Easy to use and interface is nice as well! If there are any concerns they reach out and are very helpful. Would definitely recommend 😄
Registration Problems
It won’t let me register my phone number or create an account , not even the real website will let me . It must be down , but it’s sad because I can’t talk to my love one
