Missing options

According to the Zelle site and app this bank is on there but there’s no option to pair them at all

Omni has given me an amazing experience so far, They truely have nice and honest workers, way better than the competitors

Holiday trade guy

I decided last minute to drive to Mississippi. I had no problems with my debit card all the way there. I stayed in a motel over night. Now although it says I have 96.00 left in there I don’t have access to it even though it says it’s available! I can’t pay for gas to get home! I work tomorrow morning before the bank opens! We have a child with us special needs! We took enough meds assuming we would be home tonight!

Love the new updated app

Love this new update app works much better than the old one. A much improved screen to deposit checks

Great financial establishment

Not bad.

The app isn’t super bad, however there are some fixes that would bring it to 4 and 5 stars. The flaws that I’ve noticed are that the actual balance and available balances sometimes don’t add up and the one feature that would really bring the app up to par would be making pending deposits visible to the members like many other banks and credit unions do. The credit union staff can see pending deposits but the customers can’t on the app or online platforms. If there is a way to make that happen it would be an awesome perk that would save the employees of the credit Union a lot of time taking phone calls and save the members time not having to make them.
