  • new app

    i hate this new update. i want the old app back. this is not user friendly, it’s more difficult to use. i liked how the old app was set up so much better and i don’t know why we had to get this app. i liked the color coding-red for when something was taken out of my account, and green for when something got deposited. and how the app would open up to my checking account not my savings.

    While visually more appealing, this new app is a bit less user intuitive. There’s a lot more scrolling and tapping to get to where you want to be sometimes.

    My biggest issue though, is that the old app would pull pending transactions from your available balance, making it much easier to keep track of what you have so as not to over spend. This one does not do that at all. I have to do a butt ton of subtraction to figure out where I’m sitting. Unfortunately, I already overdrafted my account because I thought this app would work the same way as the last, and keep a semi-accurate running total by pulling pending transactions out of the available balance, but alas, it does not. Part of me wonders whether this was an oversight on the part of the developers or a sneaky trick to get a bunch of NSF fees out of the people who were used to the old app.

    Also, all of my alerts I set up are gone. I went to the new app and turned them on there and they still don’t work. I add alerts to tell me when my balance changes, as an added level of security, but I guess it doesn’t really matter if the balance never changes because the pending charges sit for a week, and aren’t pulled from the available balance anyway.

  • Original app was better

    This app is much more difficult to manage. The other app showed me when my payments were due right on the first page. This one you have to dig around. Not user friendly. Bring the old app back.

  • Mobile deposit

    I have had several problems with your mobile deposit. It either has trouble reading the check the picture I take within the lines isn’t a picture that shows up and it gets rejected and I have to do it again I’ve even had to have a check taken in and deposited in person because it said there was an intruder in the account. Just a few of the issues I’ve had with mobile deposit other than that everything‘s great

    The new app doesn’t seem to keep track of withdrawals accurately. The old app was much more user friendly.

  • Not an upgrade at all...

    I liked the old app much better. This new app is way too busy and may have the same functionality but I can’t even stand it because it’s not as organized and pleasing to the eye. It’s also very annoying that now that I’ve downloaded the new app, all of my alerts that I had set up on my accounts are no longer functioning. I called the credit union and was told that they (account alerts) won’t be back functional for awhile because your staff has to hand enter the information....seriously??!! Everyone I know with banks and other credit unions have a functional app AND alerts...and have had those things for awhile now. I had just gotten my alerts set so that they worked well for me and now they are gone, hopefully you all get this new app working better than it is now. Truly bummed.

Luckily, it's a few simple steps to get them set up: • Once you’ve logged into Digital Banking, select the account you want to set up alerts. • Select “Alert Preferences” from the menu. • Select the type of alert you want (balance or transaction) and complete the required fields. • Select “Add Alert” to save.     We love the new app.
  • So disappointed

    After several days of use I’ve come to the conclusion it’s actually worse then I initially thought. I’ve removed a star. Can you give a zero star rating?
