I’m yet to realise the extent of the functions as I’m in transition from Scottish power to octopus but I’m assured that the combination of the two will be awesome.
I’m a retired electrician and installed the charger myself, the installation process was easy due to the very clear instructions. The sister installer app worked well but did have a bit of a glitch in the handover, but once achieved the app worked as expected. Love the load distribution graphics. Happy I spent the extra cash on a better charger. Pay cheap, get cheap.

Hypervolt Home 3
Excellent app. Clear and straightforward. Connects to the charger through my wireless network (via a extender) with no trouble. Very easy to navigate and so convenient with scheduled charging and plug and charge options and the colours of the screen make it easy to see the status of the charger at a glance. It has all the information I need to keep track of charge costs and power usage. I definitely recommend Hypervolt chargers for the excellent customer service and the app.

Great App & Charger
My charger (Home pro 3, 5M cable) was delivered very fast and the app is very easy to use. I can lock the charger within the app when it’s not in use, schedule the charging when my electricity is cheaper, and if you like playing with the LEDs (not me) you can set different light patterns on it. You can also enter your tariffs unit price, see your usage in terms of kWh or cost, make/download & email reports. You can even choose the solar option if you have that within the app just by clicking the relevant image. I would recommend the charger and the app.

Hypervolt app.
The Hypervolt app is easy to use and dynamic. The app has multiple features that are extremely helpful to charge your EV. The app allows you to keep track of your charging and costs by applying the right tariffs. The app is updated and glitches are rare.
Good App
The app is designed well and easy to use. Only issue i have is connecting via Wi-Fi to my charger as it never seems to work when I want to change network settings even when I’m within 1 metre of the unit. Odd
Easy to use even for me
New to EV scene but after a little issue at the start getting the charger to talk to the APP which Hypervolt were quick to fix.. I’ve had no issues.
Read the help doc and did my homework before purchasing. Found moving to an EV pretty painless and actually overall less stressful than having to go to the pumps every week.

Excellent Charger
I’ve had this charger for over a year now and it has worked excellently for me
I particularly like the colour coding on the charger as it reminds me that I haven’t locked it - as I forget to do this often.
The app is also great and very easy to use.
I like the analytics section as it helps me keep track of usage and costs in a very straightforward manner.

Much improved.
The app is now detailed and easy to use, including locking and unlocking the charger easily as well as detailed data available - especially so if you’re not colour vision limited. A very good app.

Had this after moving home used to have Tesla charger this is much more user friendly and gives better info if you need to send in for work purposes
