Scam!
I contacted the Habio support team on April 7th, 2024 right after they charged me the first time. Then on July 5th, 2024 they charged me again and I contacted them again to cancel my subscription. And now on October 3rd, 2024 they charged me again! I emailed them again right away.
Now they reply to this review with lies: there is no place in the app or website to cancel the subscription. The only way is to email them.
I contacted Visa and they told me that the only way is to request to replace my credit card number which I will do.
Apple you need to remove this scammers from your store!

Too expensive and no humain!
Unfortunately my state of mind was very bad at that time so I didn't use it. I actually opened the app once and my mind was immediately overwhelmed so I never went back.
It seemed very complicated to me.
The problem is not there but after the two weeks of trial I tried to cancel so that they don't charge me more time but I couldn't even find where to unsubscribe in the application and saw As I accessed this app through an ad on Facebook (or Instagram), the purchase was not on my "Apple" list (which I didn't know until today). So I thought my purchase would stop there but after 14 days, they charged me almost a hundred dollars for an additional 6 month trial!!!
I then wrote to them explaining my situation in a very transparent and honest way but I received no kind words or understanding from them. And even though I asked them to cancel this second transaction the same day they charged me!
They said I didn't cancel before the renewal date even though I did the same day.
Even after a few email exchanges, they still show no human feeling.
Thanks to my bank which normally does not reimburse these things but which understood and was lenient given my difficult time.
Even without my health problem, I think this application is too much expensive.
