  • Horrible!

    Please don’t download. I have uninstalled their app a few days into the trial as I felt it was not for me. I have later cancelled the subscription an still got charged £60 twice. I have only realised yesterday I paid £60 again. I contacted them but I’ve only received some automatic updates saying I don’t qualify for Money-back policy. I’ve sent them screenshots to prove this app doesn’t appear either as active or inactive on my account and I’ve still received the same answer from their robot, that I don’t qualify for Money-back. I have contacted my back and hopefully they will be able to help. A SCAM! Every other reputable app will send a reminder before they take money from your account, but not this one! 🤨

  • Massively disappointing communication on payments

    I wouldn’t recommend this app. I logged in on a browser and chose the 24 day trial for 12.99 to see if I liked the app and if it helped with my adhd related planning and organisation issues. When I then downloaded the app and tried to sign in, I found I couldn’t access Habio from the app. I figured I had only lost 12.99 and forgot about it. Then received an email thanking me for my $100 payment as I hadn’t cancelled during the trial period. I couldn’t find it under my subscriptions to cancel anywhere. When I contacted them about it and asked them to refund my payment, they refused as the situation didn’t meet the criteria in their refund policy. I explained the situation, and that I wasn’t able to access the premium features in the app, and that I wasn’t interested in continuing, but they only responded that I wasn’t eligible under their refund policy. I would suggest their business model is more based off being sneaky and relying on fine print and poorly communicated payments than on actually helping people with organisation and planning. A truly massive disappointment.

  • DO NOT DOWNLOAD

    I downloaded it thinking it was free/free trial. It is not free. I hadn’t even set up a profile or “intention” and was charged a ridiculous amount. I’ve emailed them and they don’t respond back.

  • HABIO IS A SCAM!!!!

    Downloaded the $1 free trial, on the next page I tapped a button to look at their handbook and instead of being more information, it automatically purchased the handbook for $40! Then it charged me for the full $30 subscription! I emailed support and they sent me screenshots of all of the loopholes they have to not give you your money back. I do not have $71 to spare and I am completely stressed. I also tried to log into the app to see if there is a way to resolve the issue there, and it wouldn't let me login with my Apple account, which is what it used to automatically charge me. So then I go to their Instagram account to comment or DM them, and what do you know, all of their comments are turned off on their recent Instagram posts. This means that this is happening time and time again with people, and they don't want unassuming potential scammies to know by reading comments from people like me who this has happened to! Horrible. I have ADHD and I was looking for something to help with my daily habits, so this was a sponsored ad on Instagram, and I feel totally taken advantage of.

  • Scam!

    This app is unethical. It’s all about promoting good habits but they make it so easy to purchase things in the app. They took a double payment from me of 29 to access ‘reports’ turns out is a generic workbook. I can’t even get my money back even for the second payment of 29 which I did not even consent to purchasing . Don’t buy it save your money.

  • Scam/Trap

    The app is not what it’s made out to be and I can’t unsubscribe. Hooked in with a supposed 3 day trial and then got charged $134.97 in three separate charges. Waiting for customer service to reply. Charges were somehow made outside of the app.

  • Too expensive and no humain!

    I wanted to try this app to help me with my ADHD and I also suffer from depression. I thought it might help me deal with everything that's going on and help me move forward. So I paid for a two-week trial.

    Unfortunately my state of mind was very bad at that time so I didn't use it. I actually opened the app once and my mind was immediately overwhelmed so I never went back.
    It seemed very complicated to me.

    The problem is not there but after the two weeks of trial I tried to cancel so that they don't charge me more time but I couldn't even find where to unsubscribe in the application and saw As I accessed this app through an ad on Facebook (or Instagram), the purchase was not on my "Apple" list (which I didn't know until today). So I thought my purchase would stop there but after 14 days, they charged me almost a hundred dollars for an additional 6 month trial!!!

    I then wrote to them explaining my situation in a very transparent and honest way but I received no kind words or understanding from them. And even though I asked them to cancel this second transaction the same day they charged me!

    They said I didn't cancel before the renewal date even though I did the same day.

    Even after a few email exchanges, they still show no human feeling.

    Thanks to my bank which normally does not reimburse these things but which understood and was lenient given my difficult time.

    Even without my health problem, I think this application is too much expensive.

  • Another Fraudulent Charge Complaint

    I’m another person who had the rug pulled out from under them with their billing practices. I signed up for a 14-Day free trial and about three days in found it wasn’t for me. Upon sign up, you’re told that you’ll receive a reminder email before your trial is up that you’ll be moved to a paid subscription. The day before my trial ended, they took the money and THEN emailed me and said my trial was up the following day. I wrote support and asked for my money back for the reasons I detailed here. They responded six days later telling me my subscription was cancelled (which I had already done at this point) and that I won’t be charged anymore. I responded and thanked them for that and inquired about the refund and no response. This was going on three weeks ago. I encourage folks who have had a similar experience to let the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, and econsumer dot gov know. No matter the efficacy of an app like this, taking money from people actively trying to improve their capacity for executive function is incredibly sinister. It’s preying on the very thing people using this app are seeking help with.

    EDIT: I’ve been told that their Money-Back Policy does not cover my request…
