  • Payment error

    Got an error when subscribing for a trial version thinking that the payment authorization didn’t pass through. Was charged for a half an year subscription a week later … never used that app in the end.
    They refused to refund $$. Be careful!

  • Another Fraudulent Charge Complaint

    I’m another person who had the rug pulled out from under them with their billing practices. I signed up for a 14-Day free trial and about three days in found it wasn’t for me. Upon sign up, you’re told that you’ll receive a reminder email before your trial is up that you’ll be moved to a paid subscription. The day before my trial ended, they took the money and THEN emailed me and said my trial was up the following day. I wrote support and asked for my money back for the reasons I detailed here. They responded six days later telling me my subscription was cancelled (which I had already done at this point) and that I won’t be charged anymore. I responded and thanked them for that and inquired about the refund and no response. This was going on three weeks ago. I encourage folks who have had a similar experience to let the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, and econsumer dot gov know. No matter the efficacy of an app like this, taking money from people actively trying to improve their capacity for executive function is incredibly sinister. It’s preying on the very thing people using this app are seeking help with.

  • Beware!!! Can’t cancel on App Store or on app they steal your money

    Now they’ve come back to say the won’t refund me and have cancelled the App themselves so even I wanted to use it I can’t not that I do cos it’s a waste of time and serves no purpose to anyone at all!! I want my money back now!!!!!
    Went to cancel subscription as I found it not useful at all and it wasn’t on the App Store then tried via app, still no luck, then they take $65 out of my account when I haven’t even used the app and never wanted to keep going

  • Awful Customer Service and Business Model

    UPDATE: AWFUL customer service continues. Despite not using the app at all, leaving a review and emailing, I was still charged again. If I could rate this app a 0 I would. I have ADHD and trialled the app. Being forgetful in nature, I forgot to unsubscribe before a £50 payment was automatically taken. This alone wouldn’t have been a problem, but I contacted the Habio team via their website to complain but have heard nothing back. The whole situation feels awfully unfair! Hate this sort of business/subscription model. The fact they haven’t got back to me makes the whole thing feel like a scam and makes me even more reluctant to continue using the app.

  • Predatory App

    SERIOUSLY STOP NOW, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!!
    They make money based on a $1 3 day trial period, and if you forget to cancel in that window, they charge you $40 and NO MATTER WHAT they aren’t giving you that money back, jump through as many hoops as you want, they know what they’re doing. They’re scammers, and the people who work for them have sold out their hearts to a manipulative company, preying on people who wanna organize their life and in their responses from customer service, it’s all policy and no heart. This company is an example of how some businesses remove humanity for the sake of turning a profit, and the cost is actually a more cruel, heartless, disconnected world. With as many bad reviews as there are, I don’t know why they are allowed to stay on the market, and apple should cancel this app from the App Store. For as hard as the customer service team works to KEEP your money, they should call their department something other than customer service, because no one is getting any service. Everyone is getting screwed. You should be ashamed of yourself for putting some mediocre organization app out there just to scam people out of their hard earned money. I hope you find the heart in your chest and do something from that place, instead of your money chasing brains. Still, I wish you the best.

  • No response from customer service

    I simply signed up for a trial of this app. I never downloaded it or created an account yet they are still charging £30 per month. You can’t seem to cancel via Apple subscription (a huge red flag) and they do not reply to their emails. They state that it takes 4 business days to reply to an email, it’s now been 8 days I feel they are taking advantage of the exact people they claim to be helping (ADHD/neurodivergent people) I don’t have an income due to disability and I wanted to simply trial an app to help with my burnout. Now I’m being charged for something I’ve not used and no one will get back to me. I have since created an account simply to try cancel, yet still, I’ve had no confirmation that my account t has been cancelled.

  • They won’t refund your purchase

    I was accidentally charged for by their app and I emailed them for a refund. Customer service took over a week to respond, and in the end, would not give back my money that they shouldn’t have charged me for in the first place, as I had canceled my subscription.
