DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS! And beware of the “free trial” an absolute scam of an app that once in - good luck getting out. Not connected to Apple subscriptions, to unsubscribe they make you jump through hoops and their service response takes weeks. They have a laundry list of ways you can request a refund which is a SCAM SCAM SCAM RUN AWAY. The app is also so detailed requiring a lot of input and navigates not so clearly, that in hindsight anyone with ADHD/ADD would not benefit from this setup. Feels ai created and managed. I signed up for the 3-day trial so thankfully I only lost out on a dollar. After 3 days your account will be charged 40$ per month based on the fine print. The worst part is that you have to use their app to cancel!! But It took almost 24 hours for the cancellation email to come through once I requested it. They will claim they strive to be transparent but if that’s the case, why is the cancellation process so difficult for such a simple app??? When everyone has the EXACT same complaint. Most subscriptions are able to be canceled through your Apple account but it is not an option for this app. Regardless of what they say the proof is in the process! If you email them you will get an auto email that indicates it could take up to 4 days to receive a response. How convenient when they offer a 3-day trial 🤔 Also, the email address provided on the app is not accurate and you will get an auto response with the correct updated email address. Basically if you do plan on cancelling, you will have to jump through hoops to do so!! There is nothing transparent about this company. BEWARE!!!!Show lessarc238

I describe this app as a sham instead of a scam since I am sure they have found a loophole to continue operating legally.
That said, I bought a two week trial for $9.99 assuming I could cancel at anytime due to their cancellation policy and money back guarantee.
After purchasing the app, I realized I could not use/explore the app due to an (optional) $30 workbook that helps complete the daily routine/exercises. I really don’t remember reading about any “necessary” materials, so I immediately cancelled with no issue by using the app.
Unfortunately, when I asked for my money back, customer service explained the guarantee did not apply to trial memberships. When I emailed back asking for the “money back guarantee” language/fine print, I began receiving automated emails that customer service could not answer emails from the same address I had just messaged them so they forwarded me another email address to reach them. An address that comes back returned, or no one responds when you email. It’s my opinion they are hoping people will stop pursuing their refund due to no response. At $10 a pop I’m sure they are making bank.
With that, they have underestimated this highly principled Karen with nothing to do but message their customer service and litter the internet with complaints.

They charged me a lot of money, I never subscribe to anything on HABIO and you cannot even see anything about your account online… not even able to unsubscribe

A needlessly confusing program that does its absolute best to charge you as much money as possible without you realizing you're making additional purchases.
I also reached out to customer service within three minutes of making an accidental purchase (be wary of anything that says "download," as you might spend $60 in the process without realizing it's an additional charge). After almost a week, they finally sent what seemed to be an automated response about their policy and they offered no help or refund. Absolute garbage.Show lessalisoncrosby34

I seriously caution anyone from signing up for Habio’s trial for $7.95. They are fraudsters. Beware, after one week of using this app, you’ll be charged $55 for an annual subscription. They hide that fact very well and do not disclose that to you the consumer upfront. I cancelled the 1st day they processed that payment & they still haven’t refunded me the $55. Furthermore, the app is not what it’s billed to be. Then they unscrupulously charge you the annual fee by obfuscating that charge in their selling scheme.
