    Bottom line why are you charging a subscription fee when everything on the app is not working? The scenic rides are not working at all the class are consistent but all your features should work consistently before you charge people. Fix it ASAP please.

    Customer service DOES NOT respond!! Mirroring does not work past 1 day! It just stops and you can’t get it back connected!! Support is basically non existent!! The screen will have sound but NO PICTURE!! This app is not good!! It’s useless with the YESOUL app!! This app only works on the phone!! Does not work on the screen/ bike!! I have the YESOUL G1 M Bike!! If I could give 0 starts I would!!!
  • Yesoul bike- lack of Customer service

    I purchased the Yesoul bike to start my bike workout journey. I am actually excited about my bike and was looking forward to using it. The bike was really easy to put together. The only thing is I haven’t been able to test the bike out yet because they failed to put the cord to turn it on in my box. I reached out to them several times via email because that is the ONLY way you can get in touch with them and they refuse to send the missing item. They are trying to make me purchase a cord that was missing. The bike is still under warranty (1 year). I have been going back and forth with them for some time now with no resolution. Horrible customer service experience. I will never purchase another item from this company again.

  • Can’t connect to bike in iPhone.

    Keep getting an error. I restart the bike, hit the + button on the app. At first I can see the bike on the device list. When I hit “connect” it says that it failed to connect. And then the bike never shows up.

    Have looked up manuals and everything but there’s nothing out there. Hoping I get a response from the customer service team. Would not have bought the bike if I knew that the TV only works with this horrible app

  • Can’t do anything without a subscription

    Very happy with the quality of bike that I bought. However, the app won’t allow me to even do a free ride that displays my distance travelled or speed without a subscription. I understand needing a subscription for classes, but not being able to do a free ride is exceptionally disappointing.
  • App not connecting

    Since the update, my phone is no longer connecting to the app.. the app connects to the bike but when you try to do a ride it no longer works..

    Seems like there are a lot of issues with this app and the connectivity. I cannot use the bike any longer with the Yesoul app..
  • Could be better

    I just bought the G1 in Dec 2022 and I’m not sure why landscape mode isn’t available on the home screen. I’m using an iPad on the bike. Pretty basic stuff... also, I was led to believe that I was supposed to receive a premium subscription for a year with bike purchase. Disappointing
  • Going down hill fast

    This app used be be okay and it seemed like they were trying to improve it. Then they started charging for the content and eliminated a lot of the best content. The instructors are not very good, especially compared to the previous instructors. The music has also gone downhill since the service became a subscription. There used to be hundreds (even thousands) of people in the classes. Now sometimes it’s just me. Very unusual to see more than thirty people at this point and sometimes it’s just me. I also highly suspect the “people” in the class aren’t real since I can restart the class at any point and the same exact names show up in the same exact order. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this and I’ll be looking for an alternative once my sub expires.
  • This thing is garbage

    The company sent me a free one to promote. Haha joke is on them. The app is terrible. Won't connect to my phone. Crashes all the time. We paid $10 for a month and it still never let us watch the classes with the FAT trainers. Plus the thing is in Chinese. DO NOT BUY!!

    This app could have been better made by 5th graders learning Python in 10 minutes. Absolute garbage
