  • Good Free Content

The content is (mostly) free, though they just changed the app where it’s not all free.

The classes are challenging & appropriately divided by how difficulty level. They have some structured classes that you have to complete in order.

My biggest complaint is that you cannot search for workouts by the instructor. I really like a few instructors and don’t prefer a few others, and I wish you could filter by which instructors you wanted to use. Also, in the structured class set up, you do not use the same instructor for every class. Every single class in that set has a different instructor.

As far as the free content goes, I am happy with it.
  • Mostly OK

My YESOUL experience has been pretty good. The bike is pretty solid its not the greatest build quality but it is probably better than you should expect at this price point so that is a +.
Negatives - The app still has some bugs to work out. Part of me thinks it is trying to do too much and falls short in some areas. It is not as intuitive as it should be and there are multiple ways to access the same content.
Most of the instructors are excellent and the classes are a great workout, at least for a beginner like me.

The biggest most frustrating bug is that the app will crash when YESOUL pushes out an update. If you are in the middle of a class when it crashes you cannot just reopen the app and continue. All the data from that ride is gone too. I guess I could turn auto update off but I shouldn’t have to do that when no other app crashes when an update is available.

Last comment. The latest update says they will be starting pay for use/access program. I am very curious to see what the cost is and what remains free through the app. Having to use the app to connect to the bike wasn’t a concern when the content was free. Now that there will be charges, I wonder if I should have bought a different bike.
  • Doesn't work at all

Since the last update, the app will not even open for me. It just fails and closes the app every single time.
  • I don’t know why others are complaining

This app is fantastic, classes are great, really feels premium and is free
  • Screen Orientation

Haven’t assembled my bike yet but while setting up the app it stays in portrait mode and then rotates to landscape mode once you start a ride.

The app really needs to be adjusted so the entire interface is rotated to the orientation of the device the entire time.
  • Not bad

Wish we could convert kilometers to mph and kcal to cal .
  • App Won’t Pair Bike

I can’t pair my bike!!!! The SN number listed on my bike is not being recognised when I try to manually pair my bike (it says it’s incorrect) I am able to find the bike via Bluetooth, but then it won’t complete the pairing, instead I get an error message saying to try a list of alternate steps (enabling positioning, restarting, refreshing Bluetooth …etc.) which I have tried all of them, before reaching out to live chat for more help…But there is no live chat option available?!
  • App works fine

App works great with my cycle bike, pairs easy
    Enhancement:
    - would prefer subtitles so i can follow instructor & turn off the instructor sound to play my own music.
    - music is key to getting me pumped but i don't like any of the music options on app 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
  • Kilometers v miles per hour

No way to change from kilometers to mph
  • Fantastic

Works with Bluetooth, no archaic display. Setup was easy and riding within 30 min. The software is great with beginner programs on, instructor is just right. The app is constantly updated and getting better and better. I wish the device holder was adjustable. Look no further, you will love it.
