One star until I get support response
I was promised that when I bought the e G1 Max elephant with 32” screen that I would be able to do Netflix, YouTube and Peleton on the screen. There is not an actual way to do so and I’ve emailed support like 4 times asking how to do it with no response. I know they aren’t responding specifically to this because they have responded to other requests.
Don’t buy this if you expect to be able to do Netflix, YouTube or Peleton.Nolson5

Extremely helpful, it even let's you customize your own exercise routine, you can select your goal and move from beginner from intermediate to advanced. They started charging AND got rid of half their classes!
About a month or so ago, they started charging to use this app. I signed up for the free trial month because I had used the app when it was free and thought it was pretty good. But THEN they eliminated something like half the classes, including some of the best ones. I really like the scenic rides, but they need to do some serious work to beef up their instructor-led content if they are going to charge as much as they do.Leaffer*500
Good bike!
I was searching around for an indoor bike to ride in the cold months. I didn’t want to drop the money for a peloton, seeing as I don’t use this every month. This bike has worked perfectly for what I wanted. It was very easy to put together. I enjoyed the classes. I like that I can connect the bike to zwift as well. Highly recommend!Haleighnicolee
App Won’t Let Me Use It
In setting up the app you are forced to agree to terms. Once that is complete, it asks for your email address to send you a code to continue. The code never comes. I’ve emailed them five times, and there is no chat or phone number. They do have china phone numbers. Had I known that the app doesn’t work, I would not have purchased the bike.ColoradoMitch
Bikes great, app is a money grab
So I just updated the app and now the scenic rides are part of the package monthly, now all that’s free is the blank screen with details as you ride. Really disappointing.Flguy86
I like it
The Yesoul is a good replacement. It has the sturdiness of my old bike. Not a lot of wobble like some of the bikes I tried. It’s foot print is small. It doesn’t take over the room. I am 5’1” , being short makes it hard to find one that fits me. I did add an extension bar so I don’t have to lean over constantly. Also added a non racer seat with extra cushion and width.
