Hi! Thank you for your helpful feedback. So regarding the clients details, they are automatically entered, as you or a client add names. Further, we are in progress of developing a contact button within the application; we agree that it would be helpful feature for the users. Lastly, it is possible to delete your account within the application. What cannot be deleted are the contracts that have been signed between parties and which became active.

Thank you for your concerns about our terms of service language. The language you reference relates to e-gree’s use of the “Content” , which is the contract templates that users edit to create their specific e-gréements and the information provided by the user to populate the contract template. The terms and conditions you reference reflect only e-gree’s subsequent transformation of those user edited contract templates to create completed contracts which are then, among other things, sent to the other contracting party for signature, stored for future retrieval by the parties and/or, for example, accessed for review in the event of any dispute between the contracting parties. That being said, we are currently reviewing this provision and intend to revise its wording to better reflect the limited scope of this provision.
