We’re updating our app regularly with new features, helping to make your home buying journey even happier. In this release we’ve made some performance enhancements and enabled in-app notifications to help keep you on track, remind you to check your plan and keep you updated about exciting new features.
App stopped working last week. I have not managed to unblock it with telephone help and keep receiving messages stating that there is a problem at Virgin’s end and to try later. This company was sold to Clydedalebank and is dealing with the issues around new processes. I was assured this was not a problem but the app is still not working and has not recognised payments into the account. This is becoming a shambolic service. Virgin needs to be proactive in dealing with this issue.
