  • Takes your money

    I do not have auto pay set up. My bill is not due. I made a payment on my upcoming bill, there was still a remaining balance which is still not due as I type this, yet they have taken the rest of what will be due in a couple days without my authorization or having auto pay set up!! Pay me the overdraft fees you just cost me on my EARLY payment that you STOLE!
  • Horrible

    I downloaded this app so I can see when my payment is due. Every time I click on the auto or homeowners button, it tells me billing information not available for policies on account billing. It doesn’t show when the last payment was made either. The only thing I can do is make a payment. It does not let you get reminders of when your payment is due.
    Not a great app.

  • Missing Opportunity.

    Like others have said, this needs the ability to add a digital proof of insurance to the Wallet. Perhaps modernize the apps interface a bit as well with newer design language. But really the missing feature is the Wallet syncing.

  • Where is the Apple Wallet for the Auto ID Cards?

    The app is fine for what it is but why isn’t there support to add the Auto ID Cards to the Apple Wallet? If I ever need access to the insurance cards, I don’t want to have to go rooting around in the app to find them when I can just double click on the button on the side and have it pop right up in the Apple Wallet. This is something that every company that has a “card” for their service should include in their app. If all I wanted was the ability to go into a menu list of places to find information, I can do that by going to the regular website using a browser. Come on Erie, let’s get this feature added.

  • Can’t export policy info, but it will take my payments

    The point in having this app was to pay my bill and export my policy documents. You can guess which part actually works, of course the part that takes your money.

    You go to your policy declaration, hit the arrow to share, and the app freezes!

  • No ID Cards

    It’s kind of pointless. I mean you can’t even get ID cards. And…can’t even get ID cards logging in directly on the website. Says “feature currently unavailable”. Look I appreciate the no frills insurance with a good low priced premium (I left another big company cause I kept seeing my rates go up and up and up…all seemingly to fund their stupid flo commercials). But come on…I think you can handle making ID cards available.
  • App is okay

    I was having issues with the app not opening and today I reinstalled it and it’s working again. Although I went through all the same steps yesterday and it would not open and all I got was the Erie logo page!

  • App won’t open

    I recently changed to Erie and was excited to see they had an app. Unfortunately the app won’t open on my 14 Pro Max on 17.2. Hopefully this is something they are working on.

    The app is in fact working as advertised now:)

  • I could not get the app to open.

    I received an email notifying me that the app was available. I was happy to have that option, because my previous insurance company did.
    How disappointing. I wonder if this indicates the quality of their customer service?

  • Making a payment

    At one time I could make payments thru the app even though it said I have “account billing” which in itself is crazy! No matter what type you have you should be able to make payments through the app! Now all it’s saying is “Something went wrong… yada yada”.
    Is this fixable or do I need to go to the actual website??!
