  • Was ok but now terrible.

    App worked fine for about a year but one day when I logged in to make a payment it wouldn’t load my policy. Nothing was showing unlike before so I deleted and redownloaded the app and still nothing. I've had to call my local office to make a payments ever since and that’s kinda annoying.

  • Really, really bad app

    Sends me a link to verify my account and says it’s expired. Then let’s me log in anyway even though I got an apparently expired link. Logs me out while I’m active in the app and then asks me if I’m still there. And when I try logging via web to get an online version of my insurance card, I discover that after all of this effort, they don’t have the insurance cards, just the policy documents. Bad, really bad.

  • Keeps asking me to finish setting up my account

    I have “finished setting up my account” 3 times already but every time I go to log in it Denys me access stating the account isn’t finished being set up but it doesn’t prompt me to do anything. Customer service claims I have to finish setting up my security questions which I’ve done multiple times.

  • Sooooo slowwwww

    Pros: the design is simple and easy to use.

    Cons: the app is excruciatingly slow and unresponsive. As someone who works in application development I'm surprised this made it out of QA as acceptable. Every..... single.... tap results in waiting, waiting, waiting while the progress indicator spins away. That really needs to be addressed.
  • Apple wallet

    App is pretty good and I can get done what I need to do with it. BUT, it needs Apple Wallet!!!
  • Not bad but keeps losing credentials

    How many times do I have to enter my login data? I only use this a few times a year and it is terribly inconvenient. Remembers nothing, like I’m a new user every time. I know it can be better. Keep trying.

  • Needs documentation

    The primary reason for the app is show proof of insurance. This really needs to be added. Need to see prof of insurance in the Apple Wallet.
  • No apple wallet

    Not a bad app but a big reason to have an app like this in the first place is to get my card in apple wallet.
  • Easy for anyone to use

    So easy to view my billing and make payments. It’s also nice to have your ID cards whenever you need them 😁Erie rocks!!
