  • Poor design after upgrade won’t launch

    Insurance card looks like someone took a picture of a letter.
    Updated today and it won’t open
  • Version 1.1.22 for iPad problems

    The initial login screen is badly mis-aligned. You can’t see what you’re typing. Also, it is not in landscape mode on the iPad. After several failed tries I managed to log in by typing the login information “blindly.”

    Please make the iPad version work in landscape mode. I have an iPad with a keyboard and always use it in landscape mode, somewhat like a laptop computer. Thanks.

  • Login

    Why doesn’t the login for the website work for the mobile app? Its too cumbersome to have different passwords for the same thing.
  • Stopped Working!

    Since the latest update 3 days ago the app stopped working. Absolute CRAP!!

    Update: I deleted and then reinstalled the app and it is working now. Thanks for your response

  • Needs Roadside Assistance

    This is a good start but is missing roadside assistance which is the main reason to have an insurance app on your phone. I should be able to hit a button and be connected directly to roadside assistance. With location services enabled, they would have my location and car information.

  • Needs a LOT of work

    This app is basic and great for fetching information quickly, but it doesn’t adhere to many iOS design standards. Password managers (like LastPass) don’t work. I have a balance but can’t do anything through the app. Back buttons should always allow you to tap on their corresponding text, but they don’t. Billing documents only shows “feature not available.”

    For this little amount of functionality, I’d rather it just give me the option to add cards to Wallet. Which is something that it really should offer.

    Won’t allow you to log in. The only thing that worked perfectly with this app was when I deleted it fro my iPad.
