  • broken and non responsive

    iphone app is non responsive meaning that i can’t access anything by touch other than the burger menu which doesn’t have a payment link. None of the other buttons work.

  • Ok but needs to support Apple wallet

    This is fine for a basic app to access my policies. However my primary reason for downloading the app was to get a copy of my insurance card to save on my phone. Unfortunately this developer chooses a PDF format that can’t be saved as a photograph and can’t be added to apple wallet. my old insurance company had the ability to save my insurance cards to my Apple wallet. That allowed me to access them 24/7 without any Internet connections at all. unfortunately I have to log into the app pick the ID card select the vehicle get the ID and view the PDF all within the app. This is incredibly cumbersome. How disappointing in 2022!
  • Erie unable to set up a user name and password

    I’ve spent 2 weeks with customer service and my agent and still can’t set up an online account. I’m truly frightened for switching to this company. Impossible to review an app you can’t even log into.
  • Won’t open

    I can’t get the app to open. Kicks me out immediately. I deleted it and reloaded it. No help.
  • Okay app but lacks features

    I would love to see apple wallet support
  • Face ID is horrible

    The last 10 times I have tried to login using
    Face ID it won’t let me in. I have to shut my iPhone down and restart for it to work. This is really bad and I see reviews from other app users who have been having the same problems.

  • Crash-A-Rama

    I’ve enjoyed years of great service with Erie. Sadly, I can’t say the same for the app. Look at it the wrong way and it’ll crash.
  • It’s good but can be better

    All it needs is apple wallet support for i.d cards and you will have my 5 star rating!

  • No ID cards available?

    I spoke with customer service in January 2022. I was advised that the app “has insurance ID cards” as one of its features. I question that saying that I had just read reviews that said otherwise. The rep assured me that the ID cards were available. That is not true. What a strange app not to have such a basic and important component available!

  • Poor interface

    On my iPhone, facial recognition works sporadically. I recently had a spinning arrow in a circle that I could only eliminate with a cold restart.

    On my iPad, I get the “time expired” message with no way to clear it. Touching the Home Screen, as invited, only throws me back to the time message or kicks me out of the app.

    This is among the most incompetently coded and useless apps that I have ever seen.
