It’s fine, but doesn’t support Apple Wallet
I pay my premiums online with a desktop computer since that’s where I save receipts and do bookkeeping, etc, so I really only have this app as a way to access my ID card. It’s insane that it’s about to be 2022 and they still don’t support adding your Insurance ID Card to the Apple Wallet. Like, Office Depot supported that with their shopper rewards card 5 years ago. Erie, you seriously need to get with the times - you’re the only major insurance provider that hasn’t added this feature to their app.Ethan 83

This is probably my 3rd attempt to d/l and use the app. I log in and nothing populates, so i go back to the website to make my payments & check policy coverage.zakle45

Erie insurance app does not open. Waited over two minutes at the start-up screen, nothing happened.
UPDATE: with the latest update, it now throws an immediate error message: “unable to open, please contact your systems administrator”Dr. Monkey412

The app worked previously then would only load to the Erie insurance page. No it tell me to contact my system administrator. Will not do anything. Asks to restart or close app neither do anythingMccorm27
