There’s a 2nd app. Intex link is the app that works for running the spa and it does connect to home wifiMcg23emt

Love the tub, hate the app
The app rarely works. If it does connect, the info it displays is often incorrect. I bought this model of hot tub to be able to manage my spa remotely. Unfortunately, I can’t rely on it and the developers don’t seem to care since the app is rarely updated to correct the problems.Mark Kar

Frustrating app
After multiple attempts, finally connected when I turned 5G back on! Go figure.
I successfully set a schedule before a trip, but the app is so slow and poorly responsive, I have no remote control.no more nicknames plz
Constantly disconnecting
It’s already a pain just to connect my spa to this app but what makes it even worse is that once you turn your phone off for not even 1 minute, the spa becomes offline on the app and it’s hard to connect it again.solynbihh
