Hot tub heats and does fine most of the time. There’s a learning curve to figure out the timing to have it hot when you are ready to get in. But this app? What’s the point? It won’t go online with my hot tub. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it, still does not work. If it actually worked, it could be very useful in being sure it is heating during the day so it will be hot when you get home. It does take HOURS to get hot. It quickly loses heat as soon as it quits warming.Show lesspattiejones
Intex Pure Spa App is horrible
Recently purchased a Pure Spa Plus. Set up was easy and then I tried to connect the app to my iPhone. Used the 2.4hz network, no luck. Sent me a replacement control panel…still no luck. I am only giving it 1 star because 0 is not an option. They need to work on their integrations. App is not compatible with any version of iOS updated with the last year.Show lessTonyNesbitt
Won’t go online
It worked ok for about a week, now I can’t get the app to go online with my spa. It’s the only way to set times that works. I’ve tried getting tech support, but I need tech support to help me get support! HELP!!!Worthless without 5ghz compatibility
Had to get a new router for new service provider and now the app is completely useless. Cannot connect to the unit which was a main selling point.50calberserker

Won’t ever let me log on
I’m not gonna log on every time I want to change the temperature of my spa! And even if I would do that, it won’t ever let me logon. Worst app I’ve ever used.F~<|< Frauders

Wi-Fi connection- not good
Just go every setup an hour ago, super excited, water filling, lights on and now connecting to Wi-Fi…. And then! Nothing…. Tried 6 times and gave up. Why should I have to put my phone in airplane mode while still connected to my home wifi to get this thing to work? I just read other reviews. I’ll try again in the morning. Hopefully it heats up correctly overnight. Fix the app and I’ll fix the rating.
