Really?
I’ve been to several plasma donation centers and this one is by far the worst paying I’ve seen yet. What’s worse is the lies on the “incentives and bonuses.” This new facility opened on July 29, claiming one incentive would give x number of dollars if six visits completed within the new donors first month, but they only allow a new donor to go ONCE in the first 30 days. Really?

Doesn’t work
All I want to do is change my address to my donation center and it’s not possible to do on the app or website.Mickybigs
Not gay friendly.
Don’t bother to waste your time if you’re a gay man. Spent almost an hour before I saw something that led me to ask a question. When someone was available I told her I was married to a man monogamously and there didn’t seem to be any exceptions where it says you’re disqualified if you are a male who has EVER had sex with another man. She pretended to research the subject and said “no sir, you’re permanently banned from donating”.
When I corrected her that “ well, temporarily until y'all catch up”, she just gave me an angry look and I told her bye and left.Show lessklemanvaldez
12/1/23 update less convenient!
The latest update makes it harder to see the dates/times you’ve scheduled to donate since the list of dates was removed from the Home Screen/dashboard. Now you can only see the date and time by clicking on the calendar then clicking on the date. It’s annoying to have to go through more steps to see what we used to be able to see at a glance when the app was opened.Show lessHSMom23

I have tried and tried to download this app keeps taking me to Apple Pay then when I put in several different cards tells me all ready have account but I don’t have app downloaded so don’t know what to do!!some how u should make it easier for people that can’t down load the app by coming in with ID and filling out that way just makes it hard for people that don’t have phone or can’t get it down loaded!!Also have a couple of friends that have tried to book appointments snd can’t even get one fir weeks come on it’s got to get better.To help people with plasma and to make a little extra cash but heck it’s more trouble!!!!!Show lessbad place to order

App doesn’t go any further than entering the code after you put in your phone number. I’ve redownloaded it numerous times but same issue.Joneskels
Blank Screen
After downloading the app it asks you to enter your phone number to receive a verification code. Once I put in the verification codes it just shows a blank white screen. What have given a better rating but after removing and downloading the app again for the third time still no luck…matashabrooks
