Doesn’t work

Screen goes white after putting in your phone number. I’ve done it over and over again, same thing. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled. Waste of time.

Great company, great app

I’ve used many apps in my life but this one is one of the best. They make it so easy- I don’t think it can get anymore straightforward. I can breeze through booking a donation in a minute and it also feels good that my donations are helping someone in need. Getting paid for it is a bonus in my book. All around thumbs up from me.

Love it!

This app is honestly so easy to use. I can schedule a donation quickly and if I have any questions I can just message their support chat right from the app. Their illustrations are cute and make it more fun. I also love being able to see how much I’m earning when I book a donation. Ten out of ten! Highly recommend :)

Help!

Trying to log in after being referred by a friend and I can’t get past the screen where I put in the text message code. The screen goes white. I would love to use y’all’s services since a place was just built in town, but I can’t schedule an appointment.

I have been trying and trying to make an appointment, but all I get is a blank screen.. I have deleted and reinstalled 4x nothing has worked. It happens as soon as I send in the code. I really really want to talk to y’all …but HOW ???

Called and emailed support multiple tickets no resolution, app does not work for most!!!!! Cannot get past the part where you verify your phone number.

it’s not letting me get past the bit where you enter your zip code? i’ll click next and it does nothing, is anyone else having this problem?

I can honestly say that I look forward to coming in for my donations at Parachute. This app is easy to use and just makes the process a lot more enjoyable. Great people too.
