I use this app to help me read through academic journal articles for school. Its very helpful and tends to do a good job for most texts. The app tries to read texts that are scanned copies but doesnt always do the best job and I end up reading those on my own.
Sometimes when the paper has columns and they are too close together, the app will read the lines as if they are all one line.
Probably the most frustrating thing about the app is that (with the free version) everytime you stop or pause the reading, when you start again there is a popup for the full version. There are also times that it will crash or even re-read sections over and over. I wonder if this is intentional in the free version to encourage you to buy the full version. But at the same time, these issues have me hesitant to buy the full version.Show lessMalice_Alis

Hello. Thank you for the feedback. We just fixed the bug where the app repeats sentences. That should not happen anymore. You mentioned the app is crashing. If it is happening with a particular pdf, please send it with a note to contact@weboutloud.oi and we can investigate. PDF is a very old and complicated file format. The app works with the majority of PDFs but it’s not always perfect as you’ve found. And sometimes there’s something we can do to fix it and sometimes it’s out of our control. So we always encourage users to send us copies of problematic PDFs in case there is anything we can do to fix it.It is convenient
I have this app on my phone and on my laptop with the premium version. The only problem I have is that it doesn’t work on my phone, it works on my laptop just fine. When ever I tried using it on my phone it crashesjust@naverageuser

This app usefully read only one of four PDFs that I tried to use with it. Now I’m trying to cancel the subscription and cannot figure out how. I did figure it out, but the link about how to cancel in the email was unhelpful. I had to Google it and then it was relatively simple.Dutch135

It forced me to sign up for a paid subscription twice. Each for 12.99.
After login it will not close out of the "login" window" to allow anything to be done.
When I attempt to choose "quit tts", it still sticks in the "Login window" which shows im logged in.
Im unable to do anything in the app and I am unable to restart my computer because I have to "quit TTS" first and I am unable to do that without processing a "FORCE QUIT". I have yet to actually use the app because I cannot get it to workShow lessRaney girl
