  • Great workouts & meal plans!

    This is such a great app to get, especially when you are “new”. It has TONS of workouts for specific “target” areas. I had been in the gym for a couple months before using this and when I started some of these workouts I was SO SORE. Definitely works and they are very easy to follow because it has videos of each workout. There’s home and gym options too for days you can’t get to one you can always do another. You get a choice to join “challenges” and the group they connect you with are such amazing people, they really motivated you to keep going. There is an abundance of meals you can chose from and they all look so tasty! Very simple ingredients and step by step directions! Life sometimes gets in the way but this app makes it easy to just pick a workout or meal and make it from wherever you are.

  • User-friendly app!

    As a busy mom who was comfortable with making excuses to prioritizing my health and fitness, this app and Dani’s challenge helped boost accountability and motivation to take care of myself. I especially love that Dani included alternative workouts for both home and the gym and the meal plans! I typically get stuck on what to put together for my meals and give up when exercises are too hard so having options has been a game changer for me. The only critique I have is when starting the workout for the challenge, I wish the app wouldn’t start over and the time over when I decide to exit out and switch the workout. Other than that, I’ll definitely keep the app after the challenge! Thank you, Dani!! 💗

  • Never had a challenge that made me commit this hard

    You know how they say “new year new me.” That’s basically how I feel after 4 weeks in the challenge. I’ve always tried to stay consistent with a workout and healthy lifestyle routine but couldn’t find the right program. I am being completely honest probably have payed over 500 bucks with other programs and challenges that simply did not help as much as I would think they would. This one is different. There is communication with Dani and her team, they are super supportive with any questions and just simply also there for moral support! Dani is often hyping everyone up. She makes everyone in the challenge feel like they are part of a community/family. Couldn’t be more happier. I genuinely mean all of this from the bottom of my heart. I have never felt so much better! I strongly feel like this is my year. Thank you Dani! 🤍

  • Perfect for starting your fitness journey!

    I give this app not only 5 stars but 10/10. As a type one diabetic who needs to stay active, I sometimes struggle with consistency. But this app and the workouts and challenges have helped me to change this! I love the structure of the workouts week by week. When doing a workout, it shows a small video of each exercise to help check the form, this is perfect for someone new to working out!! Then taking the workout complete picture at the end and seeing I lifted heavier than the week before keeps me motivated! Lastly I really love the recipes section. It gives you an opportunity to structure your meals how you want and track your macros. All recipes are inclusive to individual diets (vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian etc). I share this app with everyone in & out of my gym, it's AMAZING!

  • Enjoying this App

    While there are some things that I wish could be different (being able to see past meals/workouts, sometimes the app glitches and doesn’t let me track weight for a certain workout), it is overall pretty awesome! My favorite thing about this app has to be the video tutorials she provides for each workout. Prior to the app, her guides were all PDFs and it took FOREVER to google and watch videos of a workout i didn’t know how to do. Another thing i love is how easy it is to find yummy meals and workouts in her workout library. You can find a great exercise for any part of the body your focusing on for that day. I’m currently enrolled in a challenge which is super easy to use in her app. I can also add my before and after pictures to track my progress! After you explore the app, it’s pretty easy to navigate and use. Besides the minor fixes and bugs, which i’m sure she is aware of and working on to fix, this is a great app!

  • Great app for girlies starting their fitness journey !!

    I love this app because of the ease . You don’t have to click in 10 places to get to your workout . It’s simple enough for anyone starting their fitness journey . I love the 6 week programs and love that each exercise comes with a demonstration video 💕 I do like that there are recipes included in the app that are simple and delicious.

    The only reason I gave this app a 4 star is because there are plenty of areas I feel can be improved . Many of them are minor tweaks but I believe these enhancements would make the app even better . For example ; 1. Allowing you to favorite a recipe 2. Being able to see the recipe in ounces instead of grams 3. Allowing us to see the full workout with out having to exit or click through .

    Other than that you all should definitely get this app and join the next challenge

  • Good Job Dani!

    When I first downloaded the app I honestly had no idea how to use it so of course I deleted it. But then prior to the current challenge start date (new year) I downloaded it again, added the monthly subscription and started tweaking with it. I have to say, there’s been quite a few changes made/improvements since it was first released and I’m really liking it. Dani definitely takes user complaints and suggestions into account and regularly makes where they are needed. At the end of the day, no app or product is perfect. User preserves are all different so it’s really just a “one size fits most” type of thing. You have to be willing to work with it and see if it fits your needs. I personally like it for my workout routine. I like that I can switch out exercises easily rather than googling what’s a good alternative for an exercise I can’t do. I like that I can put in the amount of weight lifted and the reps I’ve done. Overall, I’m really enjoying the app and will continue my subscription. And like any good creator, I hope Dani continues to collect and apply user feedback and make the app even better!

  • Easy to use & helpful!

    This is my first experience being introduced to a workout app along with a fitness challenge experience. This app has been such a great guide, I enjoy how simple it is in the sense that I click on my challenge and select the correct week / day and type of workout (home/ gym), and it’ll have the workouts ready for me to follow, including videos. The videos are straightforward and super helpful to anyone that’s still learning workout names and working on their form. Additionally, after every set you’re able to list the weight you used for each rep so that you’re able to track that on a weekly basis. This really helps me and pushes to continually add weights and push myself. The app also provides recommended meal plans that you can follow based on your target goals which gives that added personalization. My only feedback is that I wish the guide embedded in the app could be downloaded as a PDF for those of us to like to take notes on the guide itself.

  • Wonderful App for all levels

    So I’m new to using an app for workouts as I liked to go to classes and having a person telling how and what to do. This app tells you what to do and gives you examples being that she has a video for every exercise in different angles. I like that based on your workout level you can change the workout if it is not for you or if your at the gym and a specific machine isn’t available. The app is great if your in between going to gym or home since you have the options to chose both at any given time. It’s beginner friendly so you can take your time and really pick which workout you want to do. Once you pay for the app it comes with tons of recommendations from diet plan, shoes, vitamins and much more which I thought was great! You can log your meals and their are a lot of different recipes you can chose from. Overall The app is great I already recommended it to a lot Of friends and family! Glad I chose to use a app as a guide so I can know exactly what to do in the gym now.

  • Such a great app!!

    This is my favorite workout app, I’ve ever used! I’m fairly new at the gym and I’ve never felt confident in using any gym equipment or lifting weights at the gym, but with this app it has really helped boost my confidence! Dani provides examples of how to do the workouts so if you’re not sure how to do a specific exercise you can just look at the video and it 100% helps you know the right form and if you’re doing it right. I really like how it has the number of sets and reps, and how it also has examples of healthy meals to meet your protein/calories. This app contains so much useful information for someone who is barely starting out at the gym and it truly makes you walk in the gym with confidence!! ✨
