  • Great app to start your fitness journey!

    I’ve always been the person where every year the first thing on my list of resolutions is to become a gym girl. Every year I fail. Then I met Dani, her guides are very easy to follow. The app has a lot of amazing interactive features from food tracking, picture progress, and video examples on how exactly to do the workouts. It’s truly an app that makes working out accesible to all… that being said it’s not an app that will magically change your life just because you pay a subscription. YOU have to have the discipline and determination to actually show up for yourself and do the workouts that have been laid out for you. It’s a challenge for sure, but once you get over the hurdle and start showing up for yourself, that discipline paired with Dani’s app are a combination for success!!

  • Genuinely great app

    This by far has been a great app, in several ways. Not only is an app of challenges, but it lets you track your macros, has great meal plans. The workouts themself are great for any type of person working on themselves, it does not just tell you the workout but shows you& you’re able to play at anytime so you get the proper form & improve your workout forms. If you’re thinking of buying these challenges, don’t think about it DO IT!! Perks of this you get to communicate with other people in the challenge and motivate yourself more, not only that but you get to also communicate with Dani which is a plus 🫶🏼 she has been a role model since I found out about her! Loveeee this app. Motivates me to join every challenge of hers 🥰

  • Great workout app and community!

    The app is pretty simple to use and the programs are well organized. The home page has your current program and meal ideas, the next section is the workout library which is extremely helpful if you’re looking for certain workouts for your routine. There’s also a section that helps you log your protein, carb and fat intakes (once again, the meal plans/ideas are listed). The last two tabs are your challenges and programs. The app allows you to save your before and after pictures so you can track your progress every week if you choose to. When you’re doing a program, there’s videos to help guide you with your form and you also have the option to choose another workout if you’re not able to do the one listed there. I do love the app because It’s so simple to use and it has helped hold me accountable. I can keep track of my meals and workouts but my favorite thing has to be the videos because it really helped me with my form. If you’re looking for results, this is the place to be!

  • 20/10 A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! Look no further!

    This app has helped me stay accountable!! I have an issue with food always! This app helped me plan out my meals and my grocery list reducing the amount of time I had to actually plan my macros and calories and what to buy at the store! As long as you keep the same ingredients you can simply click add and it keeps track of your daily calories/macros. Not to mention her meals are super yummy, filling and you see results!!! You have a whole list of workout programs you can choose from keeping track of the amount of weights you use and reps! That was also an issue of mine I would seem to forget the amount of weights I was using from previous sessions, but not anymore!! I think it’s so cute at the end it tells you all your stats and how many pounds you lifted at the end with a cute picture you can take of yourself or anything else and post!! The app is super easy to navigate and will keep your workout running while you go and check other things on your phone without messing anything up with your session!

  • MY NEW GO-TO WORKOUT APP! 😍🙏🏼

    I absolutely love this app! It's been a complete game-changer for my fitness journey. Dani has really nailed it with an app that caters to all fitness levels, making it accessible and enjoyable for someone like me, who's bouncing back from an injury. The video demos for each workout have been a lifesaver, reminding me to be aware of my form. Plus, the regular updates with new meal ideas have been instrumental in reaching my goals. I'm definitely sticking with this app long-term, even after the current challenge. Huge kudos for incorporating yoga into the program – mental wellness matters, and I'm thrilled it's part of our weekly routine! 💘🧘🏽‍♀️

  • Love this app

    I just want to start by saying this app is awesome and I genuinely love it. I’ve tried so many workout apps and programs, but with no success or results, mainly due to the confusion of the way they’re set up. I find this app to be very easy to follow as far routine goes, and I love the accessibility of different workouts you can do even if you’re not in a challenge. There are so many meal ideas, which is so helpful, especially when you don’t want to just stick to eating salads to lose weight. I love all the recipes that Dani has posted and I find them to be easy to recreate, and they’re actually good tasting! I think anyone who’s beginner to advanced can defiantly find use with this app to reach their fitness goals.

  • “Do it for you” challenge

    This is my first challenge and so far I’ve enjoyed every aspect of the journey! The app is easy to use and well structured. I do wish it had a “rest” in between each set. Other than that, the meal recommendations were delicious. I can definitely tell Dani cares about the everyday person. You can be a beginner and still get through these challenges/workouts. There are videos for each exercise to show proper form. Also, a gym membership isn’t necessary because the app has a “home” workout option.
    I love that you can track your progress by logging your photos as well! I would really recommend this app to anyone.

    Not only is this app amazing, so is Dani. I have done multiple challenges with her and purchased programs in the past. This app is very easy to use, with videos for every exercise and it tracks your weight and reps. I have seen the most progress when using her programs, and this app has everything you need from nutrition to gym workouts to home workouts, she has quick and effective workouts like HIIT or simply core. There’s so much nutrition information that she gives. I am currently in one of her challenges and I have seen so much progress in my strength, and I love how she focuses on making a healthy lifestyle and not being perfect in the gym and eating perfect everyday. Overall this app is amazing and I highly recommend.

  • Still need development

    It’s not user friendly and requires to be more streamlined.
  • App interface is poor

    It’s too bad the app development is so poor because Dani deserves so much better.

    The transitions between each set in the workout plan has a terrible flow. You can’t change weights for all 3 sets you do, only one. The transition from one exercise to the next is super lag. And the videos of her moves are far away and from an irrelevant angle

    It provides no description of proper form either which is insane for new gym goers.

    I’m cancelling after 1 season at the gym using this because the app development is so awful.

    Try using AFLETE based apps, so much better
