I noticed much of the previously poor reviews are in reference to the check deposit feature, I’ve never had a smoother experience with it than with Live Oaks mobile banking app, super convenient and easy to manage, made a deposit and my funds begin earning interest the same day at an incredible rate. Gets the job done
The app functions well overall. It allows you to view accounts and easily transfer and deposit checks. One thing to note is that the Face ID biometrics seem to only work for a limited time before requiring you to re-enter your credentials. Although this can be inconvenient, it's not a significant issue in the grand scheme of things.Show lessA-Stuart
Unable to deposit checks
Have called customer service several times. Deleted and reloaded app several times. All to no avail. Every time I try depositing checks it locks up when it takes the pictures. One thing that seems to make it worst is if you select to not show the screen which reminds you to endorse the back side of your check before taking snapshot of the back of the check.
